We absolutely LOVE staying at this Cocoa Beach property! It sits on the shore of the Banana River and the views are spectacular! Dolphins regularly travel up and down the channel. We love watching them from the dock in the morning, relaxing in the Adirondack chairs while enjoying our morning coffee and tea. The pool is lovely and the beach access is just across the street. We come to Cocoa Beach to surf and it is an easy, quick walk to the ocean. The property is clean, well-stocked and spacious. The owners and caretakers are wonderful and always quick to respond to any needs or questions.

Great time in a great house. Sunsets over the river, resting in the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

The cleaning crew didn’t do their job before we got there, but the hosts made this better. The pool,the view and location was great. Just needs a lot of updating. The furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on no where to rest your neck and no fluffiness in the pillows of the couches. We went 4 years ago and it was still the same. But like I say, some updating and it would have been great. Also some good fishing in the bay! Had a great time in the pool!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologze that the initial cleanliness did not meet our usual high standards. To remedy this immediately, we fully refunded your cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. However, we were deeply diappointed by the condition in wich our property was left. Our cleaning service reported an unprecedented amount of mess and trash far beyond normal checkout , as well as an unserviceable television. While we always strive to ensure our guests have a great stay, we also expect our home to be treated with basic respect. We have addressed the cleanliness issues whit our team to ensure this remains an isolated incident.

This is the bottom accommodation of this building. I believe theres two apartments upstairs that are rentals as well. There was 4 of us staying here & we had a wonderful time. The views are beautiful from morning to night. Our last night we actually experienced some bioluminescence in the river water which was super cool but doesn't happen every night. If I had to guess, this is the host vacation home so definitely lived in but up kept very well & clean. We'll definitely be back, we love Cocoa Beach

Our 3rd trip here, and booked our 4th for next year while we were here. Our kids love it, and so do us parents. Great views on the Banana River, sunset, dolphin and manatee. Short walk across the road to ocean. Clean rooms, fans keep place cool. (Does have ac too) Basic stocked kitchen. This was our 2nd time at this location.

Location was wonderful! Enjoyed watching the dolphins each day and the sunsets were beautiful. House was clean but some accent pillows were not. Could use a new couch. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Only downside were the neighbors above us. They were a bit loud late at night. Overall we had a great time!

We couldn't have asked for a better location, the place was set up wonderfully for a family, and the hosts were quick at answering any questions. The kids loved the pool.

Excellent Property on the River

This is our second time here and it was amazing as expected. The home is in an excellent location and the amenities are exactly what we're looking for. The kayaks and paddle board on the river are the perfect touch for water activities and the short walk to the beach couldn't be easier.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time in Goodland. The host is very friendly and helpful and the home is very clean and comfortable. We love the small town feel and look forward to returning next year.

Very fun & great place to stay! Even when I had technical problems with my app they were awesome! Very cute house, plenty to do to keep the kids busy and parents! Great safe area to let your kids walk to the beach on their own (teens). Can hear people above you but it didn’t bother us! They had a very well stocked house, we forgot so much household items but it worked out! We’ll be back & Thank You!!

Fun, short stay

The property is an older home that had plenty of space for my family. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms and we really enjoyed the pool and the view of the dolphins in the river. Walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and very easy to cross the road. Thanks for a great place to stay!
