We had a wonderful stay at this house. All of the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean. The pool was smaller than we expected, but we still had a lot of fun in it. The location was great no complaints. I would recommend staying here.

Layout is a little weird but also nice if you have young children. The pool and outdoor space look larger in the pictures however the space was more than enough. The jets and filter weren’t on in the pool and the trees drop a lot of seeds. So a lot of cleaning was needed. A pool broom or vacuum would have been ideal.Walk to beach was quick and the residential beach was much calmer and nicer than the public beach. It is a good walk so I would recommend a beach wagon.

Great time at coconut beach house

My family had a great vacation at the beach house. It was not beach front but close enough to walk in about 10 minutes and my family loved to pool in the back yard.

Coconut Beach House was a great property had clean linens, clean sheets, towels, all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The property was well-maintained. Convenient location I would recommend it.

Just blocks from the beach, it’s a fantastic location. The pool is nice enough. The house could use some updates but since the cost was less this can be overlooked

Excellent Location!

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!

Fantastic location for young families!

We found this property to be just as advertised. Our group of 6 adults & 3 littles were well accommodated here. Bedrooms were plenty spacious and great flow of living spaces. Pool was daily highlight and beach so close by (with wagon to tote littles worked out perfectly). Hope to return next year.
