We had a great stay and the house could not have been better. Nina was great to communicate with before and during the stay. There were some really nice touches and instructions to help us with our time spent at the house. The 4 bedrooms are exactly what we needed and for 10 people the 2 bathrooms were perfect. Plenty of towels too. The TV room downstairs was great for us to use after a long day exploring South Bend and the ND campus. The kitchen was good and there wasn’t anything that we needed that we didn’t have access to. The house was super clean which was a nice to see and smell upon arrival. There is a large backyard which we didn’t use but it was well maintained. My nieces and nephews got to see the campus and explore the area to see where their dad and uncle went to school. My son lives off campus in the area and that’s where we normally stay but if we come out with family again we’ll try to stay here again.

Football Weekend

This was a great house with plenty of room for our group of 11. We normally stay in other parts of town, but this was still very convenient to campus. The house itself was clean and well organized. We had a great football weekend!

ND Cal football trip

Our family group all stayed at the house which was very well equiped and the owner was very helpful with a couple of special requests that we had entered. We brought food with us and the kitchen worked well for us to heat up and serve our meals. The backyard was great for the kids to run around. Location made it easy to get to campus. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Truly Wonderful Stay - Felt Like Home!

We had an incredible experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, the owners were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable making us feel right at home. The house itself was just perfect—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could have possibly needed. We especially appreciated the owner's hospitality and personal touches that really set this place apart. It was clear they genuinely cared about their guests and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Terrific experience start to finish! Nina & Joe have a lovely home/property; and, they were so easy and friendly to work with. The house had everything we needed, plus more! The house was also very clean. We did not feel like we were staying in someone else’s home, it felt like ours. Nina & Joe added personalized touches for our group & trip. We stayed for a long football weekend and wished we would have had more time to spend IN the home. Great place to stay, we will be back!! Gretchen

Wonderful house for a ND weekend!

Our family (spread across 3 generations) had a wonderful stay for our trip to South Bend. The house could not be more convenient to get to campus and we had a terrific overall experience. From the minute we walked in, the house looked and smelled so clean and we found thoughtful items waiting for us at our arrival. Nina did an excellent job of communication throughout our entire stay and you can tell she really cares about her guests and her terrific vacation home. The beds were all very comfortable and even the little details seemed to be very well thought through - plenty of plush towels, cleaning and laundry supplies, well stocked kitchen - even the toilet paper was the upgraded kind you rarely find in a rental, lol! The house layout worked perfectly for our group and we will definitely look to book this again the next time we are in town. Thanks again for everything Nina and Go Irish!
