We were in Estes Park for a wedding and needed a large cabin for our family. This was absolutely perfect. It was cozy with plenty of room for everyone. The views were stunning and such a treat to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We got married at RMNP and chose this beautiful location to have our family stay at the days prior and after the wedding. The property was beautiful, clean and the host was very communicative and clear about directions for the property. We are thankful for the beautiful property to accompany an important milestone in our lives. Will definitely consider when making our next trip to Estes park.

The house has lots and lots of room for families. The view was as beautiful as advertised. We all enjoyed the walking path that surrounds the lake. Estes Park itself was just awesome. So beautiful with plenty of shopping and dining. Rocky Mountain National Park was breathtaking. Our stay held many memories.

We had a great time with a large crowd in this home! The owner did everything he could to make us comfortable and even brought a new dryer when the one in the house started to malfunction. Beautiful vistas and ample space for all.

Beautiful cabin on Lake Estes with stunning views! We caught lots of fish, had a few mule deer visitors and saw eagles, chippies, ground squirrels and rabbits. The cabin was perfect with everything we needed to make our stay perfect!! We also had the best weather and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets!!

House is beautifully located on lake. Easy to access Estes or RMNP. Our daughter was married in Estes and the porch was absolutely perfect to gather as a family and relax on the lake. Highly recommend.

Family graduation celebration

This was a perfect place to stay to celebrate 3 of our daughters graduating college with varying degrees. We had a great time fishing, hiking, and trying out the mountain coaster! Great times for all ages.

Our Berry Vacation 2023

The house location and view was fantastic!!!! We all enjoyed eating in the dining room together around the round table. It made our vacation wonderful time being able to enjoy each other at the house.❤️❤️

Amazing view

The photos available from the wrap around deck were stunning. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone went off and did their own thing during the day then came back for evening dinner and discussion of our day and time in the hot tub or fishing. Plentiful time for relaxing too.

The property location is absolutely Beautiful! The property itself needs some TLC as there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed! The bones of the property was absolutely Beautiful and once it is renovated and maintenance is done, I would absolutely stay here again.

Pleasant stay & convenient location

Great views! Great space for a family. No foosball table anymore which was a small bummer as the kids wanted to play against each other but thats probably for a reason. That's really not a big deal as it was such a wonderful & cozy home to sit by the fireplace and enjoy family time. I'm happy we chose this location. Host was wonderful and checked in as well.💜 Highly recommend this home.

Great Location

We had a family wedding in the Rocky Mountains and 12 of us stayed at this property right in Estes Lake. What a fantastic view and the location was convenient to all. We relaxed on the wrap around deck, took advantage of the walking path along the lake, headed into town with a short drive to the town center and headed into Rocky Mountain National Park. The kids also enjoyed the movie screen and selection of DVDs. Mike (the owner) was accommodating and responsive for any questions we had. Highly recommend this location for a stay in the mountains.
