Charmante strandbungalow - inclusief golfkar !!

Onlangs gerenoveerde, geweldige strandbungalow op slechts 200 stappen van de oceaan! Golfkar inbegrepen om rond het eiland te ritselen, privé vuurplaats, groot dek met grill, hangmat, speeltuin voor kinderen, mooie achtertuin en nieuw comfortabel meubilair om te ontspannen als je klaar bent op het strand !! Het is 2 straten van de oceaan, dus geen uitzicht op de oceaan, maar ook super gemakkelijk te krijgen!

Het huis ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van de belangrijkste strook van dwaasheidstrand met alle bars en restaurants, dus het is een leuke snelle rit van 3 minuten met de golfkar naar de stad!

Er is een groot dek met grill en stoelen, schommels en een hangmat, cornhole boards, grote vuurplaats, picknicktafel, er zijn twee cruiser fietsen die u kunt gebruiken, veel en veel te doen hier!

Fun with the kids!

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 4, 6. We had so much fun! We loved the golf cart and bikes. There were a lot of beach items like chairs etc that we carted over to the beach. The backyard area was perfect for the little ones. Nice big grill. There is an enclosed outside porch and an open porch in addition to all of the outdoor seating. We had a fantastic time and look forward to returning! Side note: don't park the golf cart too close to a stop sign, you'll get a ticket. lol who knew?

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay on Folly! The house and yard are great for kids and pets. Great location with access to the shops and restaurants on Folly. We had a couple issues (Due to it being a little older house like others have mentioned), but Matthew and Craig were quick to respond and resolve what we needed. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay!

Whatever you do, DON'T STAY HERE!

While the pictures look great, do not be deceived. The pictures in this listing are from a real estate listing from April 2020, and do not reflect the current state or furnishings of the current home. When we first arrived at the property, upon opening the door, a strong stench of mold filled the air. First red flag, but we decided to open the doors and windows to let the home air out while we unpacked and settled in. Second red flag - every single window is painted shut. This is a huge safety concern, and is a code violation. As we start to load in our items and look around the property we realize that it does not look like the pictures (the stairwell is changed to the loft to a spiral staircase that is so rickety I was terrified to go up it), but I did and found a mildewy loft with an air unit that wasn't doing anything to cool the air. Plus, most of the furnishings were different than the pictures. The refrigerator was full of half eaten food and condiments, and the cabinets had half eaten food in them as well. The stove and burners looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The door to the washing machine only opened 6 inches until it hit a wall. There were beer cans and left over items from other guest under beds, in closets, and in random places. The first time we used the toilet, it wouldn't flush. Mold on walls. As we walked around, there were multiple places where the floor was so weaker and falling in that the flooring was cracking.

Great beach house

Great location, close to beach and folly restaurant’s. The house is an older house that could use a little tlc. The property manager was easily reachable and repaired the golf cart right away when we made them aware of some issues with it, it was a nice addition to be able to use it. We had adults, but would be great for families.

This was our second time staying here. We celebrated our daughters birthday with family. The owners are so easy to work with and the property is fantastic. It is loaded with everything you need.
