Ons mooie huis ligt vlakbij Fort Rock Park en een korte fietstocht naar de fantastische nieuwe SHARC en het dorp. We zijn minuten van het noorden supermarkt en de kerk gelegen op Cottonwood. Dit huis is perfect voor familievakanties / reünies en multi-familiebijeenkomsten. Grote hele jaar door en met de nieuwe SHARC net op de weg, kun je niet Sunriver verslaan als uw eerste keuze bestemming resort !!

We hebben zojuist een nieuwe houten keukenvloer geïnstalleerd! We hebben nieuwe matrassen in de kooi kamers, nieuwe vloeren, een nieuwe koelkast en nieuwe kookgerei. Het huis is vooral een enkel verhaal thuis, met alleen de master suite op de bovenste verdieping. Voor groepen die niet graag veel trappen, dit is een mooi alternatief voor multi-level eigenschappen.

Alle bedden zijn in vijf afzonderlijke slaapkamers - NIET in woonruimten. Er zijn twee kingsize bedden en een queen-size bed in drie aparte slaapkamers, en er zijn twee extra slaapkamers met elk een multi-sleeper stapelbed (twee op de top, dubbel op de bodem, en twee onderschuifbed). Er zijn 2 badkamers op de begane grond. Onze garage is voorzien van een kachel en comfortabele banken en stoelen, zodat bezoekers kunnen genieten van de pooltafel en tafelvoetbal tafel, zelfs in de winter. We hebben net een bank / futon en extra koelkast in de garage ook.

Wij bieden 10 passen voor onbeperkt gebruik van de nieuwe SHARC - premier watersportcentrum Sunriver's die buitenzwembaden, een 'lazy river' huidige zwembad, fantastische bochtige glijbanen, fonteinen, peuterbad omvat, een groot overdekt zwembad, mannen en vrouwen kleedkamers, jacuzzi, een eethoek, en veel ruimte op het gras om een ​​ligstoel / stoel en schaduw paraplu te grijpen. Passes zijn ook goed voor het reserveren van tennisbanen. Een grote besparing voor onze gasten !!!

This house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for eight adults to sit in the living room as well as at the dining room table. The hot water was readily available and plentiful. The house is obviously well maintained. My family would absolutely stay there again.

Saw deer every morning and evening while enjoying the patio. Loved the room in kitchen for food storage. The variety of bikes was very nice. One was broken but could choose a different one. Sharc passes were a huge help.

This house was laid out nicely for our annual extended weekend family get-away. The pool table & foosball were a big hit as well as the ample amount of bikes. For those who cook, the kitchen was laid out decently so you're facing the living area. There was basic spices provided, but bring your own for any that are beyond the basics. Also good to know I believe, is there is a crock pot, cookie sheets & a griddle available. The hot tub was a wonderful way to start & end our days. It was well cleaned & nicely private.All in all we had a lovely weekend and enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Sunriver

My family had a great time in this large home with 5 bedrooms located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is within walking distance to Fort Rock Park and we liked that it was away from the busyness of the village and SHARC. Extremely quiet sitting on the back deck in the evenings!

We had a great time. The house provided ample space. However, the tvs need replaced—. So old we couldn’t even plug a Roku into them and the hot tub has seen better days. It was good for areas to store food and the kitchen was great. The washer was super small and dryer vent needs to be cleared. Had to dry out loads 3x to have anything dry. Thanks for the stay

Great place

Our rental was super clean and perfect for our family. The boys enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The outdoor seating and grill worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place if you want a central location with access to all Sun River has to offer— we will be back

This is our second year, and the house is perfect for a group. It’s a nice home, the beds are ample, the kitchen is central, and the pool table in the garage is fun for all ages.

Family meet-up

Great house for grandparents, adult kids and grandkids to meet-up. The main floor was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub and deck were a big hit.

Fabulous for Families

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for our 3 family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful, master suite was amazing, great kitchen, outdoor grill and the deck furniture was ample for dinners outside. We liked the location and enjoyed walks each evening. This is a beautiful part of Sunriver. We already want to go back!

Great Sunriver home

We enjoyed our stay at Tan Oak 32. Great location, great floor plan. Kitchen has a lot of prep space, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Extra refrigerator in the garage was super helpful. Loved watching the deer. The pool table was fun too.

Fun family time

We had a pretty good stay at this property. Plenty of room for the 9of is. A few of the bikes were not in working order and the stove only had 3burners working but all in all the stay was delightful

We were hoping to see some coffee and spices in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. Really enjoyed the SHARC passes. The young folks went to waterpark while we played pickleball. Rafting trip was fun!

Worked great for us!

A short stay at this home to celebrate Christmas. The size was just right for our family. We enjoyed activities set out in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, bowls, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. We had good communication about our upcoming stay. The home was clean warm and dry:)

My three siblings and I have owned our beautiful Sunriver home since the death of our mom in early 2008. Our family has been coming to Sunriver for many years, and she felt it was the perfect place for us to continue to gather as a family and enjoy each other and the beauty of Central Oregon. We have loved our time here and we love sharing this gift with our guests.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Our home is large enough to accomodate our growing family and we love that most of the home is on one floor (something our mom insisted upon -- she did not want a lot of stairs). We generally access our home from the Cottonwood exit, and we like coming in that 'back door.' We love our proximity to Fort Rock Park (we are big tennis players), the Village, golf courses (we golf, too), the SHARC, north market, the church and bike path. We have open space behind our home where we can watch the deer and squirrels wander about. While there is always plenty to do inside Sunriver, we have enjoyed outings/hikes to Lava Lands, the lava tube, High Desert Museum, beautiful Bend and all it has to offer, Paulina Peak...and did you know Oregon's most incredible attraction, Crater Lake, is only an hour and a half away?! We just cannot say enough about our place. We absolutely love it!!
