Sea Shell Condominiums, gelegen op Siesta Key, net over de brug van Sarasota, is het perfecte vakantiebestemming het hele jaar door! De Sea Shell Condominiums zijn een omheind complex met toegewezen overdekte parkeerplaats. Onze appartementen zijn volledig uitgerust, wasfaciliteiten zijn beschikbaar op elke verdieping en de balkons van het appartement bieden uitzicht op de adembenemende zonsondergangen van Siesta Key, evenals de natuurlijke schoonheid van het strand en de tropische wateren. Zwem in ons verwarmde zwembad, zonnebaad op het strand of ontspan in de sauna's. De vakantie van je dromen wacht op je!
Een van de beste bijgewerkte luxe appartementen in de Sea Shell. De slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe Serta kingsize matras met dekmatras en een eigen badkamer, schuifdeur naar de Lanai. De gast slaapkamer heeft 2 New Queen Serta dekmatrassen en toegang tot de 2e badkamer. Er is een flatscreen-tv in de logeerkamer. De woonkamer heeft een nieuwe lederen slaapbank, Loveseat en stoel. Er is een 55-inch led-flatscreen smart-tv in een groot entertainmentcentrum in KeyWest-stijl. Volledig ingerichte gerenoveerde keuken met granieten werkbladen en aparte eetkamer.
Het strand is fantastisch !! Wit kwartszand dat nooit warm of koud wordt en aanvoelt als babypoeder. De blauwe azuurblauwe wateren scheuren omhoog naar dit ongerepte strand. Dolfijnen een lokale inwoner zijn een veel voorkomende site. Het complex is centraal gelegen aan de overkant van de kleine supermarkt, goede restaurants, broodjeszaak, boot- en fietsverhuur, de ijssalon Orange Octopus. Probeer mijn favoriet. gezouten karamel!, Pizza, 7 Eleven, Cadeauwinkel etc.
Het gebied Sarasota Florida is groot genoeg om kosmopolitische culturele voorzieningen te bieden, maar klein genoeg om afgelegen privacy te bieden. Varen, vissen en snorkelen kunnen allemaal in de buurt worden gedaan.
Prive Crescent Beach aan de Golf van Mexico, wereldberoemd om zijn schoonheid en het pure witte 'baby poeder zacht' zand, is het perfecte het hele jaar door vakantieoord!

Perfect vacation
This condo is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit was updated and beautifully decorated. It was supplied with a full kitchen of anything you would need and then some. The unit was very spacious. The beds very comfortable. Baths had plenty of towels supplied. It was very, very clean!!!! The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week in Siesta Key!!
We had an amazing week staying in Siesta Key and driving to other area beaches exploring SouthWest Florida. The condo was wonderful. The only advice I have is to bring lots of quarters for the washing machine and dryers if you don’t like wet towels like me!! Quarters are hard to fine on the island.

Seashell condo Siesta Key
Condo was great! Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it’s fine. My 19 yr old son brought his best friend, so kinda wished one of the couches made out into a bed. Location couldn’t have been more perfect: ) I’d warn anyone with an SUV. They don’t fit under the parking spaces because the ceilings are WAY low. Laundry room was convenient. Kinda pricey at $1.50 to wash and dry. Bring quarters! I really love having the washer and dryer in the condo so you don’t have to wait around on it. But, all in all, we LOVED it! Had the best time and the location made all other things seem minor: ) We’ll definitely be back!

The location was great. The condo was well equipped and all the updates were quality. Didnt use the pool but was small. If oceanview is important there really isnt much of a view. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this condo.

Fantastic place to stay!
The property is centrally located within very close range to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable and very quiet. The owners were excellent to communicate during the entire process from start to finish. The condo building seemed to be well taken care of and the pool was cleaned daily. The outdoor bbq enclosed hut located directly on the beach was excellent for bbqs. We had a wonderful week and it highly met our expectations! We plan on booking this condo again.

My husband and I have visited Sarasota many times over the years and have stayed in AMI, LB and Lido. Susan’s place on Siesta was our favorite of all. Beginning with the great communication, then the accuracy of the listing, cleanliness, location and amenities, everything was perfect. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very clean and great location
Very nice modern updated unit right on the beach. Great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Beach is amazing - everything you've read about Siesta Key as being the best beach in the USA is true! Unit was very clean and check-in/check-out was as smooth as can be.

Siesta Key vacation stay
Thank you for another wonderful vacation in Siesta Key! The email before we arrived explained everything in beautiful detail. It was hassle free from there and we had a fun and relaxing time! We would definitely stay again! Aside from the obvious, awesome location, not only steps to the powder white beach of Siesta Key, but an hour to Tampa and two hours to Disney, (did both)! We had some laughs over coffee on the patio, watching people below trying to find spots and park in the tiny and narrow, south end public access lot! Thank you!

We loved the condo the minute we walked in! This was such a great location....right on the beach and access to some restaurants. You can take the trolley up and down the Key...its a hop on hop off. So convenient...I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo in Paradise!
We loved our stay here. Having stayed at numerous properties (including this one) over the years this condo was one of our favorites. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well maintained, and was equipped with all the necessities anyone would need while on vacation. The view of the gulf from the condo isn’t spectacular but we knew that going in and were okay with that. You are literally steps from the beach and can enjoy the view all day! We prefer staying in this area of the key due to the many restaurants, grocery store, convenience store, and nightlife all within walking distance. Communication with the property owner was excellent and the whole rental process smooth. We look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation
My family and I decided to try out Florida for family vacation this year and this condo did NOT disappoint ! So so gorgeous and clean. All obviously newly renovated and welcoming. We felt safe in this area and also had everything we could ever need for beach days. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The host was quick with responses and gave a ton of suggestions on places to eat and check out! Will 1000% stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay.
Stayed for a week here. Convenient to beach and places to eat. Entertainment across the street at night. Can walk to several places nearby. Was not loud at night. Loved the shuttle service/trolly car that runs up and down the street for free. (Tips only.) We traveled to the village by the trolly. It was nice not having to drive unless you wanted to go over the bridge into Sarasota. Will return and recommend.
