Dit onlangs gerenoveerde twee slaapkamers / twee badkamers condo biedt plaats aan vier comfortabel en biedt een luxe Europese gloed overal. Eenmaal binnen vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken met bijgewerkte roestvrijstalen apparaten en een aparte wasruimte. De combinatie woonkamer / eetkamer biedt een eethoek voor vier personen, extra zitplaatsen aan de ontbijttafel, een flatscreen-tv met lcd-scherm, een dvd-speler en lederen meubels. Geniet van de prachtige Siesta Key-zonsondergang vanaf uw eigen balkon bij de woonkamer. De slaapkamers beschikken over nieuwe meubels met de kamer met twee aparte bedden en de meester een koning. De kapitein heeft ook een aangrenzend bad met dubbele wastafel, evenals een flatscreen-tv en twee inloopkasten ... met alle voorzieningen die dit appartement te bieden heeft, zult u niet teleurgesteld worden. Dit appartement is alleen geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen.

Lovely location with gorgeous beach.A little disappointed with some of the furnishings and it really isn't a private balcony since the next door neighbors have a bird's eye view of your balcony. Kitchen and baths are updated but the carpeting in bedrooms is not the cleanest. Kudos to the owner as we couldn't honor our original reservation date and he worked with us to reserve a different date

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is definitely not a good place for not body, they don't care about the health,the rooms are dirty. The air conditioning is a source of infection there they put cement, tiles, paints, all full of dust and mold, then you lose a day to change rooms and they do not replace your money or the bad time and they run you for a more expensive room and in the same unhygienic conditions

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Crescent Beach has become overrun and there is no room to walk nor place a chair... If you’re lucky enough to get a chair, that is. House of The Sun has an issue with having enough chairs for customers and doesn’t do enough to prevent other beach goers from stealing the chairs. We stayed in unit 407, and my advice to the owners is invest in some new furniture! The sofa was so broken down it could not be used. All the furnishings are badly outdated and there is not a hair dryer to be found. Airbnb and VRBO properties at least provide a hairdryer. If HOS management doesn’t do something about the chair issue, we will not come back.
