The first bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk with 2 twin beds. The second bath gives you a retro feel with its pink tile, single vanity with plenty of counter space and tub/shower combo. There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room with a full-size bed.

The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Prep your meals with the stacked oven and adjacent stove top. Also included is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, pot holders, plates and cups, serving platers, and many more.

Outside you will have a fun on the spacious yard with your own beach by the water. Don't forget your favorite floats and noodles though! Use the kayak available to venture out and explore some of the Llano River. Bring your fishing pole and try to catch some bass or alligator gar while you're out. You can also head a couple miles down hang out at a Kingsland local spot called "The Slab". Kids will love splashing around with their noodles, and adults can just lay and chill in the water. And the sunsets!! You will never forget the sunsets.
