Our P2013 Condo is angled oceanfront (Oceanview) & recently upgraded with a Full kitchen, travertine tile floors, and 2 full baths. The Palace Resort building is an oceanfront secure bldg. with 24 hr security & on the east or beach side of South Ocean Bldg. Palace Resort has 2 outdoor pools & indoor / outdoor 3 outdoor jacuzzis, oceanfront restaurant / bar., kids arcade, gym, steam and sauna. Oceanfront pools and jacuzzis & an indoor jacuzzi on the 22 floor (2 floors above my Palace #2013 condo on 20th floor! We appreciate your business! Condo interior painted in new Light gray “Aria” color in 11/25. You accept our private home As Is furnished. New $6000 MB swing door and sidelight install by summer of 2025, as per HOA approval.
**All VRBO vacation guests are required to provide condo owner: Stewart Hines their mailing address at VRBO reservation and sign our vacation rental form mailed to you. This is required to mail you condo access keys, parking passes, pool wristbands, map, rules. 1-3 weeks rental max. (21 days max. from Sat to Sat.). You Must call Owner for all monthly rentals (over 21 days) to complete owner application, & refundable security deposit paid to owner. Sat check in and check out only! Total Price shown online by VRBO includes the owner discount, as shown in the Discount amount after you book online. We have had an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau for 32 years since 1994. All vacation guests are required to provide owner their mailing address at reservation, & sign owner vacation rental form (mailed or emailed to you) with your info and ours on it before we mail you our final letter with: 2 MB P2013 condo keys, 2 parking passes, map, rules, bldg. door lock code, pool wristbands, owner rental agreement, all. Therefore, we need & require your mailing address, email & cell phone #.
Owner requires 2 weeks min. prior notice before your stay & booking online. If in doubt email owner first before you book online and get approval! This is due to 2 mailings and your total payment clearing our bank and we receive your signed vacation rental form before we mail you condo access final letter with 2 keys, pool wristbands, 2 parking passes, rules, map, all.
VRBO no longer provides guest mailing address to owner due to their new privacy policy & owner must get it from guest. No check in as all is mailed to you. Owner requires at least 2-weeks notice from online booking date to your check in date for 2 mailings and your payment clearing our bank. Historical reviews of all our home rentals since 2007 are available from owner. Sorry, no smoking and no pets!
Renter agrees to rent our home listed for the subject dates and times for stated rent fee, and accept and obey all resort / HOA rules and owner vacation home rental agreement, as shown online at Owner webpage and will be provided in our final confirmation letter to you.

Den and master bedroom Balcony is angled to ocean or angled oceanfront. Spectacular views of ocean for miles! Our P2013 condo Sleeps 6 max on: 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds, 2 full futons. Many new amenities added including: new queen and twin beds & 2 futons in den, new travertine tile flooring, new HVAC, new water heater, plumbing, new kitchen faucet, electric panel, and toilets.
Five to ten minute drive to the new oceanfront boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, public tennis and basketball courts and parks, hundreds of restaurants, outlet stores, shops, grocery stores, numerous golf courses, churches, casino boat tours, theaters, and near everything. Also, fifteen to twenty minutes drive to House of Blues and Barefoot Landing. New WalMart Market nearby (0.2 miles).

Vacation online Rate includes all & utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay.
