Always a magical place to stay when in SLO. Cozy and pristine. Walkable to everything downtown, including the boisterous Thursday night farmers market. Although it is literally downtown, it is amazingly quiet.

Great stay, great location

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property! Comfortably furnished, great location in SLO…easy to walk to central downtown area. There can be a bit of street noise at night, but we didn’t find it objectionable. Highly recommend this charming SLO bungalow!

The house is adorable and is exactly as described. While it is on a busy street, the sound machines in the bedrooms blocked out any street noise for us. We really enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere downtown.

We were only there for a quick visit but the house was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. So many unique touches curated with care and creativity. Owners were gracious, helpful, and welcoming. House was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

I have stayed in this wonderful bungalow several times when in SLO. It is perfect, well decorated ( not too fussy) and pristine. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen and is well stocked. The beautiful bedding is changed with the seasons and there are always fresh flowers around. Even though it is literally downtown, the home is quiet and peaceful. I am not good with loud noises and am always surprised it is so quiet. And… it has AC, which is a real bonus during the warmer summer months The owners David and Lauren are most attentive but never intrusive. In addition to their notebook with recommendations for restaurants, stores and nearby attractions, they have told me their favorite places to eat, which have become mine. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance of this great home.

Perfect SLO Bungalow

Quaint 2-bedroom home right in the heart of downtown SLO. We were bringing our son back to college and this was so much better than a local hotel. Lovely home, clean, and the best location! Would definitely recommend and return!

Stay at SLO for pre-wedding planning

This location worked perfectly for our 2 night stay. In town for a wedding venue walk thru and cake and catering tasting. We were gone most of the daytime hours but were in a perfect location for walking to downtown for meals and drinks. Loved it!

Great home in a great spot in SLO. We could walk to everything we wanted in downtown. Also very close to Edna Valley and beaches. Great communication from the hosts and lots of recommendations for the area. Some street noise from cars going by but that stopped around 10 pm. Other than that quiet and a great stay overall.

Most wonderful downtown cottage

It was perfect.. perfect location within easy walking distance to everything. Beautiful home and everything supplied that is needed, even if I had not been alone, instead with a larger group. The noise from cars passing during the day is not intrusive and it was quiet all night. Will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family.
