Terry en Jean heten u van harte welkom in onze mooie typische Spaanse villa in Calpe Costa Blanca op slechts 15 minuten lopen naar het strand, en 5 minuten naar bars en restaurants, in een auto slechts een paar minuten. Deze uitzonderlijk goed ingerichte villa biedt ruime accommodatie en alle faciliteiten voor een ontspannen vakantie met het gezin. De villa heeft een eigen prive-gated zwembad grote luxe Hot Tub met massagestralen allemaal in uitgestrekte tuinen om te ontspannen en te zonnebaden. De villa is gelegen in een zeer veilige vlak perceel waarop die ideaal is vooral voor jonge kinderen. Het heeft ook een overdekte BBQ ruimte voor degenen alfresco avonden en een grote tent om te ontspannen. Het heeft een buiten-keuken, wc en douche. Binnen in de villa zijn er 7 slaapkamers 3 met airco de andere kamers zijn voorzien van plafondventilatoren. TV / DVD met Engels satelliet, wifi, Volledig ingerichte keuken inc. vaatwasser en wasmachine .. We hebben een grote selectie van boeken, spelletjes en kinderspeelgoed In feite hebben we verzorgd voor al uw vakantie wensen.

A great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay.

Calpe villa

From the moment we arrived there were issues with the property. Air conditioning not working, rooms not as advertised and facilities listed not available or present, strong smells of sewage on arrival, blocked toilets, showers over flowing, electrical faults and unsafe wires exposed, no toys or games for children as advertised, no dishwasher, broken sun beds, a large boat obstructing the back door to the pool, table tennis table broken and in useable. This was described as a luxury villa however it was far from that. We had to be in contact with the owners and the cleaner who was local most days about issues that we had. For the money that was paid for the property we expected a higher end villa with the amenities to match. We will expect some form of compensation as it ruined our family holiday.

En general el alojamiento muy bien, situado cerca de la playa y paseo marítimo.Respecto a la limpieza, los utensilios de cocina estaban en su mayoría algo sucios, por lo que hubo que lavarlos antes de usarlos.

Prima villa, ligging top.

Een mooi villa in een leuke buurt. Redelijk dichtbij het strand en horeca. Ideaal voor pubers die zelfstandig op pad willen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Binnen is wat gedateerd, maar wij hebben vooral buiten verbleven. Wij hebben een vaatwasser gemist, maar met elkaar afwassen heeft acheraf ook wat. Al in al hebben wij een super week gehad. Villa calpe

Villa propre lors de notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a autorisé a effectuer le check-in plus tôt que prévu, propriétaire à l’écoute. Villa assez bien entretenue. Nous avons eu plusieurs coupure d’électricité lors de notre séjour du au réseaux de la ville. Le personnel sur place est très accueillant et bienveillant. La piscine est bien entretenu plusieurs jours dans la semaine. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances entre amis.

Amazing holiday!

When arriving in Alicante we were given instructions from Jean on how to find the villa which was no trouble as we found the villa straight away! The villa is located in Calpe which is close to the beach, shops and bars and restaurants. We had such a lovely stay in the villa, so spacious and very homely. The outside plot is such a great place to hang out during the day with the jacuzzi and pool! We had not one problem with our stay and Jean and Terry were very well communicated with us! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent villa for a large party. Perfect locatio

I stayed in Jean and Terry’s villa for a week with 10 of my family including 2 young children (2yr old and 5 month old). It was amazing from start to finish. The outside area has plenty of places to sunbath and if you prefer the shade their is plenty of that to. The outside area also has a fridge which was great and a bbq area that we used. Inside the house there is plenty of rooms 3 with a/c the ones that didn’t had plenty of vans which was excellent. The kitchen had every thing we needed also. The beach is a 10 minute walk and has little bars and shops. There is 2 large supermarkets also10 minute walk. The villa definitely had a Spanish rustic feel with all the modern technology. From the moment I booked Jean answered all my queries very quickly. Definitely worth every penny. Big shout out to the cleaners who were there when we arrived they were so helpful and friendly. Thanks Jean and Terry we all enjoyed our holiday very much x

Wonderful place to stay

Stayed for 10 days with my Sister and her Husband and my two nieces I had a lovely relaxing care free Holiday. The Villa was clean and welcoming for a family holiday. It is set in large grounds with lots of different areas for relaxing and sun bathing. The pool is of a very good size and was well maintained during our stay. The local beach is only 10 minutes away and is absolutely beautiful with many bars and restaurants to choose from. I would recommend this villa for families because it has every thing you need including a wonderful Hot Tub.

quirky family friendly villa

We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children ages from ranging 3- 9. The kids loved the large pool.. we could not get them out.. As adults we thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi when the kids had tired out!! The villa had everything we needed and the outside dining area with bbq with the outside kitchen with fridge meant we hardly ever had to be inside. However when we were inside the rooms were endless with another bedroom around every corner. The rooms were clean and spacious. The adults had rooms with en suites and the kids enjoyed a newly refurbished bathroom with bath. We had friends staying in a villa nearby so was lovely to host them here for a large bbq. As a larger group we hired a local boat for a day and went round some islands which was an amazing experience which all ages thoroughly enjoyed. As it was 2 of our birthdays the adults did indulge in a night to Benidorm which was about 30 mins away in a car.. Not for the faint hearted but worth doing for 1 night ! Jean and Terry run a great villa and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Great holiday

Back in Sweden after a great week in the villa. We were a family of 14 people, 8 adults and 6 children (5-7 years). There was plenty of space both inside and outside the villa. We liked the pool very mutch and spend a lot of time there. About 20 min walk from the villa there was a lovely beach and several restaurangs. The communication with Jean, the owner, was always good before and during the stay. She was always very kind and helpful. 5-10 min walk from the villa there was a bar called Grissly, recommended by Jean, and the bar was really worth the visit. To make the villa even better we would wish that there was AC in all bedrooms. We had a warm week so we put the children to sleep on madrasses on the floor and only used 4 bedroom (3 with AC and one in the near). We are very satisfied with the week and can highly recommend this villa.

Over priced and not luxury

On arrival the outside areas had suffered from a storm the night before but no one thought to come and tidy it as there was mess everywhere. The bbq was filthy and lots of pots filled with cigarette ends. Inside the villa there was cobwebs hanging from most light fitings and genral build up of dust all over. On a postive note the bed linen was very clean. Our first 5 days we had many problems with either no electric gas or hot water some of these issues were dealt with quickly but some were not. The electrian was very swift to come out but the maintance team were not but we found out that he was just one person who was a friend of the owners and not getting paid so could understand why but this didnt help us. I compained to terry as jean did not once take any calls made to her he was very sorry but on this occassion he did not end the call and we herad jean being very vocal about what she thought of us and was very fond of using the F word. We had issues with cockroaches mainly in the downstairs areas poor lighting around the outside of the villa plenty of lights but no bulbs so had to use a torch of a night when getting around the villa. Gave up asking for these issues to be fixed. It states in the details the pool is cleaned twice a week but no one came and we stayed for 2 weeks. Overall a nice villa but needs to be much better maintaned. Note to the owners drop the word luxury and reduce the price invest in better cleaners and a maintance team dont use your friends. Make sure you have bulbs in your lights and the boat either cover it or give it a bloody good clean as its an eyesore.

Worth booking if only to use the outside

During this stay we were 12 adults and 2 children. The outside of this villa alone is worth booking, where we spent most of our time. There were plenty of chairs, tables and shade to suit everyone's needs, which meant we could all still be together but still with plenty of space. The swimming pool was a very good size for us all. The kitchen doesnt lead to the outisde however, there was an outdoor area which includes a fridge, sink and cupboard to allow easy access to food and drink. There's a pub and couple of restaurants located about 5minutes walk from the villa, and a nice 12minute walk to a lovely beachfront full of lovely restaurants and bars and supermarkets. It might be better suited for a booking with about 4 children, as 4 adults shared an adjoining room. Overall we had an amazing holiday at a lovely Villa where Jean, the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended for large groups, family holidays, where you can spend time together with plenty of space outside.

Great family holiday

I booked this villa last minute for a half term break for my family of 6 The communication with the owner jean was always very prompt and helpful. The family loved the outside space plenty of room to play football and play table tennis. Unfortunately due to the time of year we could not use the pool however the hot tub was a nice touch. The villa is spacious which we loved The bedrooms are not big but have everything you need. A new bathroom has recently been installed. Unfortunately it rained a few days however there was books, games and videos at the villa. I would recommend to family and friends.

Not a good option

We booked this villa for our family of seven people. We rejected two rooms as the beds were not clean. The main bathroom shower didn't work at all the shower valve wouldn't move. The shower of the upstairs bathroom was tiny, the chaps showered outside as it was easier. The first night we sat around talking and the neighbour from hell appeared and told us to shut up this was at round 11.30. She made three more appearances throughout the week (we are Mum and Dad and four grown up children not a group of rowdy lads on a stag do) The kitchen smelled of damp and cups glasses etc. needed to be washed before we could use them We had cockroaches on every level and awoke in the mornings to find dead ones all around. The villa was dirty and generally needs a full upgrade. Light fittings hanging off the wall, cheap bedding and stained mattresses. The only saving grace was that the outside space was well equipped and much cleaner than the inside.

fabulous holiday

Just arrive home from a great holiday in this villa. It looks lovely on the outside and quirky on the inside. Very clean. Accommodation was big enough for 13 of us. The kids loved the pool and table tennis. The walk to the beach took about 20 min and certainly kept us fit walking up n down hills to get there. There's a restaurant close by that does good food. Everything you need is catered for by the owners and any problems are quickly rectified. We had a power cut one morning and after phoning the owners an electrician was out within the hour. I highly recommend anyone staying here.

Lovely villa

We were a family of 14 staying at this villa for a week in August. This is a very pretty villa with lots of space inside and out. The villa slept all of us comfortably. There is plenty of space outside to spread out and relax. Lots of shaded areas (the gazebo area was brilliant for the little ones and keeping them out of the very hot sun). The pool is a good size pool and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Although there are parts of the villa that need updating, this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. Communication with the owners was always good, quick to reply to any queries before and after the holiday. It was a 20 minute walk to supermarkets (there are 3 of them closer together) and to the beach. We were recommended a restaurant practically on the sea called Timon, beautiful location, views and food so well worth a visit. (About 15 min walk). All in all a lovely villa and a perfect stay for the family.

Amazing Family Holiday

Me and my family of 10 stayed at this traditional and classic Spanish villa for 1 week in August. From the very first enquiry and to the day of our arrival the owners were effiecient and helpful thoughout our stay. When we arrived at the villa it was clean and well presented the gardens were a pleasure to sit and relax and the pool was well maintained. Most of the villa has been updated but a few areas still need a little attention but in all honesty this didn't stop us having an amazing time. The villa is in a great location with nearby bars and restaurants at the top of the road and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Absolutely Faboulous...

Myself and 7 girls rented this villa for a long weekend for my friends hen party. It was an amazing weekend from start to finish, we arrived on a Thursday lunchtime and went straight to the villa, the transfer from the airport was quick and easy. I was delighted with the villa, it looked even better then it did in the photos. With so many rooms and 3 levels we had plenty of space between us, it helped to have so many bathrooms with 7 girls trying to get ready at once. The villa was clean and tidy this included the outside and pool area. The swimming pool and BBQ area also came in handy throughtout the weekend. There was a short walk to the nearest bar/cafe where we went for food and cocktails on our first afternoon. We had a 10 minute walk to the beachfront where there are some really good bars and restaurants. We didnt experience any problems with the villa and I am surprised by one of the reviews on here. I will be booking to go back next year with family and friends for 2 weeks, a weekend just wasnt long enough. A+ to the owners of this superb villa which was well maintained, clean and tidy and a great location, nice and quiet for the day but close enough to the lively beachfront.

worst villa ever !

RUN DOWN AND FILTHY! DIRTY DISHES IN CUPBOARDS A PAIR OF DIRTY UNDERWEAR UNDER ONE OF BEDS MISSING LIGHTBULBS ALL OVER THE VILLA THE OUTDOOR TOILET WAS NOT FIXED TO THE GROUND . I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THE VILLA ONE STAR. THE ROOMS WERE POKY WITH LITTLE OR NO WHERE TO HANG CLOTHES THE BATHROOMS WERE DIRTY WE CHOSE TO WASH OUTSIDE WASP NEST ON THE BOAT NOT SUITABLE FOR OLDER FAMILY MEMBERS OR PEOPLE WHO ARE A LITTLE ON THE LARGE SIDE A DANGER TO CHILDREN. THE POOL LIGHTS WENT OUT AT 12 OCLOCK AT NIGHT THE GATE LEADING TO THE POOL WAS HANGING OFF WITH SCREWS STICKING OUT. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO RENT THIS VILLA I WAS EMBARRASSED TO HAVE CHOSEN THIS VILLA TO TAKE MY FAMILY TO ON HOLIDAY WE HAVE STAYED IN MANY VILLAS ALL OVER THE WORLD BUT THIS WAS THE WORST

Family Holiday

We booked this villa for a large family of 8 adults and 5 children. It's in a quiet residental area and about a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants although there is a small restaurant within a 5 minute walk that we used regularly. I would recommend a car for supermarket trips and to get out and about to see the area. The villa had plenty of room for us all and we especially enjoyed the pool which was a great size for so many of us, there was plenty of outside furniture and the poolside shower was a bonus. Each room was a good size and the villa was lovely and clean on our arrival. There are 3 floors so lots of steps up and down but this meant that each family had their own space on a different level. We all had fun with the ping pong table and would recommend the villa for families looking for a peaceful holiday that is good value.

Hi we live in England with our 4 children and our 2 pet dogs. We both work full time and hopefully in the future we will certainly retire back out to Spain.

We purchased our villa in March 2005 and lived their for 2 years. Due to family commitments we moved back to the UK. We decided that instead of the villa laying empty we would rent out to families so they can enjoy the lovley beaches and surrounding areas of Calpe.

We hope you like our villa we have tried to make it as homely and comfortable whilst you are away on holiday.
