Amazing property and grounds, it was the perfect family vacation house. The river access, amenities and views are incredible. Darby was super helpful and responsive. House was perfectly stocked with anything you could need. We will definitely be back!

An incredible lodge for our family vacation complete with pool toys, lake paddle boards etc. even life jackets for all!!Every detail seemed to be thought of ahead of us!!Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful place!!

Perfect family lake house. The house is great. The exterior amenities are great. The location is great. The property is great. The host was helpful, diligent and made the entire week a piece of cake.From the kitchen supplies to the water toys to the kids toys, the house has everything you need to feel entirely at home during your lake vacation.Only complaint we could make is that the pillows are a little flat, but there were enough to double up anyway.

I think the fact we have stayed at this property with 3 generations of our family every summer for 5 years running speaks for how much we enjoy all aspects of this property and beautiful Lake Entiat.

Beautiful Property & Excellent Hosts

Perfect week long rental, everything has been thought through. Excellent set up for families, once you check in there is plenty to do and no reason to leave. Very relaxing property - close enough to Wenatchee for groceries or dinner out.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was beautifully accommodated with everything we needed, from a well-appointed kitchen to comfortable beds. The views were stunning, and we especially enjoyed the pool, the private dock for our boat, and the paddleboard/kayaks provided. The kids loved the game room and activities, which made it extra fun for the whole family. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wow wow wow, the location, the home, the pool, the amenities… it was exactly what we didn’t know we needed! The kayaks and stand up paddle boards, the dock, the life jackets and floaties… it made water safety convenient for us parents and made it SO fun for the kids. The HUGE kitchen was awesome for our communal eating and cooking; the kids room with all the toys and great sleeping arrangement made it special and fun for the kids and easy on the parents!! We would love to come and stay again. We would definitely recommend!

5 star vacation!!

We have stayed at Sunken Acres many times, and we have never been disappointed. So many fun things to enjoy for the whole family ages 3 to 71....from the pool, kayaks, paddle boat, large playfield, sandbox and playset, along with the addition of a trampoline this year. Can't wait to schedule our next vacation with you!

Amazing five days!

This house and property is exceptional! the quality of the construction was outstanding as well as all cookware, linens, outdoor seating areas, play equipment… we could go on and on! It all is a delightful place to spend a vacation! Water in lake is cold to swim in June but pool and hot tub provided hours of pleasure!

This property is very well kept. It’s perfect for large groups and there are lots of things to do to keep everyone from kids to adults entertained. Darby was wonderful to work with and provided clear instructions for everything you would need to know during your stay.

What an amazing experience we had staying at Sunken Acres. From booking forward Darby was communicative, warm and easy to work with. The property has everything you need and then some. Perfect for our family gathering

Working with the property owner was a dream - prompt and clear communication, very helpful. The property was perfect for our large family gathering, the most well equipped kitchen of any vrbo we've ever stayed in, and the water toy selection was phenomenal - we were there 5 days and frankly ran out of time before we ran out of toys. We have stayed in lots of entiat and chelan properties, and this property was by far the best.
