Napili Bay # 205 aan de oceaan gerenoveerd! Perfect voor koppels!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you loved staying on Napili Bay and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and swimming opportunities. We're glad the condo lived up to your expectations and that you appreciated the stunning ocean view from the balcony. Our team strives to provide excellent service, so we're pleased to hear that our property manager was responsive to your needs, even after hours. It's fantastic to hear that you enjoyed the constant refreshing breeze and made the most of the nearby attractions like Kapalua Bay for scuba diving. We can't wait to welcome you back for another unforgettable stay!

Aloha Michelle, We value every guest’s experience and always aim to provide transparency, fairness, and exceptional service. As part of our standard operating procedures, a detailed pre-arrival inspection is completed prior to each stay, including time-stamped photos that document the unit’s condition. These photos clearly show there was no damage to the lanai door or wooden louvers prior to your arrival. After your departure, we discovered damage that had not been reported during your stay. We shared these before-and-after photos with you, along with a receipt for the necessary repairs, to ensure full transparency. During your stay, you reached out to us regarding discomfort with the lanai chairs, but at no point were issues with the louvers or door mentioned. In fact, in one conversation, when we reached out regarding the damages after your departure, you stated you had not used the lanai at all, and later indicated you spent most of your time there but believed the damage was pre-existing—which is why it was never reported. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have responded immediately, as we do with all guest concerns, and there would have been no charge. A complaint from a neighboring guest was also received regarding excessive noise from your unit. While we understand that everyone vacations differently, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of their surroundings so everyone can enjoy a peaceful Maui experience. We want to reassure future guests that we treat all guests with fairness and respect. Our team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, communication, and hospitality—and we do not charge for pre-existing damage. In this case, the damage was new, unreported, and verified through dated visual documentation. We understand how meaningful these trips are, and we regret that this issue wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address it promptly. If there’s anything more you’d like to discuss, we’re here and happy to connect. Mahalo!

Thanks for the awesome review, Madasyn. That's great to hear our condo and area worked out so amazingly for you. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is such a unique treat. The Naplii area offers a lot to do, fine dining, and of course the many spectacular beaches. We really appreciate you being our guest. It sounds like you plan on coming back which is wonderful to hear. Mahalo!

Thanks for your kind review, Suzanne, and especially noting our service. We, at Maui Beachfront Rentals pride ourselves on our service, and it's great to hear it shows. We'll certainly consider making the improvements on the critiques you mentioned, especially the stove. We appreciate you being our guest, and hope you do consider a return again. Mahalo!

Aloha Bret, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We regret that you found the unit uncomfortable due to its size and the perceived lack of amenities suitable for adults in their 60s and we sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the neighboring family with small children. We understand this was an inconvenience for you. Please know that our team is always available to assist guests during their stay, and we encourage guests to reach out to us directly with any concerns or requests. Unfortunately, it seems there was a missed opportunity to improve your experience during your time with us. It's worth noting that this oceanfront studio is ideally suited for a couple or a family with small children. Its location offers convenient access, just steps, to the sandy shores of world-famous Napili Bay and the nearby Gazebo restaurant. We have carefully reviewed and addressed your concerns. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it allows us to enhance our program and services, ensuring an even better experience for future Maui vacations. Mahalo

Thanks for the glowing review, Barbara. We're so glad to hear you had such a great stay. This is a nice, quiet spot on island to stay, and if you come at the right time of year, as you mentioned, you can see the whales frolicking in the water. It's quite a sight. We do appreciate you being our guest. That's awesome to hear you would stay with us again, and we sure hope you do. Mahalo!

Thanks for the five star review, Paul. We're so glad you loved our place. This is a great little spot to stay at on island for the reasons you mentioned. Very tranquil. We appreciate you being our guest, and hope you will consider returning again soon. Mahalo!

Thank you for your feedback, Summer. We're glad overall you had a good stay, if slightly disappointing, but if possible I would like to address a couple of the issues you raised in your review. In regards to the overhead fan, since this is a studio unit, there really isn't any room to get another overhead fan installed. Usually there is a gentle crosswind that blows through the unit keeping things cool, but you also came during the hottest part of summer, when the heat goes up and the winds tend to die down. In a similiar vein, we're little confused about your lack of storage comment. The unit has had new cabinets put in, and you can in the see in the pictures there is plenty of space. In looking through our listing we don't have anywhere we mention where "there are a bit more amenities to accommodate for their passion of cooking". We do provide some utensils and cooking items, but it's not expansive. Sorry, about the seafood smell in the fridge. That has been addressed. We appreciate you being our guest, and are sorry your stay wasn't quite as nice as expected. Please do give us a chance to make up to you in the future. Mahalo.

Thank you for your kind review, Evelyn. We want our condo to be just right before any guest arrives. We appreciate you being our guest, and hope you do consider a return trip soon! Mahalo!

Your favorite place to stay on Maui? That's what we want to hear from every guest. Certainly is the goal. Thanks so much for being our guest, Lori, and please do come back soon. Mahalo!

Your review makes us happy and laugh at the same time, Josh. It is true, your glowing review will indeed help future guests decide to book with us, and perhaps leave you with fewer open dates to choose from. However, we're so glad you yet still did post your amazing review despite this hesitance. It was our pleasure having you as a guest. Please do book those return dates soon. Your review might just help to fill us up. Mahalo!
