Word wakker met de geluiden van de golven, zeemeeuwen boven het hoofd en de zachte wind als het borstelt over de zandduinen. Stap uit bij een van de dekken aan de Golf voor een kopje koffie of een slaapmutsje terwijl u geniet van het uitzicht op de ongelooflijke zonsondergang boven de Golf van Mexico.

Vergeet je drukke leven, werk, afspraken, vervoer kinderen en concentreer je op hoe je je opnieuw kunt verbinden met je familie en vrienden. Dit huis aan het strand is de plek om je zintuigen te herbronnen ... je welzijn. Kalm en vredig, geweldige zonsondergangen en zonsopgangen over het suikerwitte zand van Gulf Shores. Je zult de dolfijnen, vissen en roggen zien spelen in het turquoise water van je voortuin.

De slaapkamers:
Slaap is nog nooit zo geweest. Er zijn in totaal 6 slaapkamers om uw groep in luxe onder te brengen, 2 master suites-retraites met jacuzzi-baden en een aparte douche. Eén suite heeft een eigen Gulf Front-balkon. Kabel-tv's, dvd's, videorecorders door de slaapkamers. Er is een stapelbed met speelgoed voor de kleintjes om te spelen en te ravotten. De gehele 3e verdieping is de 6e slaapkamer (Double Futon) en queensize bed, met een natte bar & koelkast, tv en een ENORM 'Best view in town', 500 vierkante meter Gulf Front-dek. De soorten bedden zijn (3) King, (2) Queen, (2) Double, single, (2) Triple Bunk Beds, en (2) Sleeper sofa's.

WAT TE DOEN:
Het enige dat u hoeft mee te nemen is vrienden en familie, de rest is aanwezig. Gastronomische keuken van roestvrij staal, een 55-inch HD lcd-tv met surroundgeluid zorgt voor een langzame vertraging. Drie grote (een van de heks is 'enorm') aan de voorkant van de Golf om te kijken en naar de wereld te luisteren die langzamer gaat varen.

HET GEBIED
Gulf Shores is een unieke plaats, Verken de paden van het Bon Secour beschermde natuurreservaat waarvan 6000 acres van gevarieerde ecosystemen 373 soorten vogels herbergen. Vissen in de branding of in de buurt van de baai. Bouw zandkastelen in suikerzand. Verken het Fort van de Burgeroorlog beroemd gemaakt door Admiral Farraguts Command, 'Damn the Torpedoes, Full Speed Ahead'. Golf op een van de golfbanen van wereldklasse in de omgeving. Gulf Shores Community biedt een klein stadje gevoel, maar met een verscheidenheid aan activiteiten. Winkelmogelijkheden variëren van boetieks tot outletcentra en het gebied heeft veel geweldige restaurants.

Chivas by the Sea ligt 1,5 km ten westen van Hwy 59, zodat u zich hier even vanaf voelt, maar slechts op enkele minuten van Gulf Shores vele restaurants, winkels en bezienswaardigheden. De nabijgelegen lagune-pas is geweldig om te vissen, heremietkreeften te jagen en nog veel meer. Geniet van het waterpark, ga karren, putt-putt en meer, allemaal op slechts een paar mijl afstand. Binnen een half uur kunt u het historische Ft Morgan of het National Naval Air Museum en het Blue Angels-vluchtteam bekijken. Groot outlet winkelcentrum 8 mijl ten noorden in Foley. Parasailing en jetski's zijn 2. 5 mijl ten oosten. Er zijn een aantal geweldige golfbanen en jachthavens in de omgeving van Gulf Shores en zelfs dolfijnen kijken cruises.

Check in was 3PM. No contact with owner before hand. When we got there the maid service hadn’t even arrived. They got there at 3:15 PM and let us in. They had to clean so we left and returned around 5PM. House is in MAJOR needs of repair. Kitchen counter cracked badly, upstairs bedroom sliding glass door is in very bad condition and hard to close master bedroom will not lock. Picnic table is so warped it should be replaced. Ice maker would have been great if it worked. Oven light stays on and says hot surface even though we never used it. House is hard to look at when sitting on porch because of all the water damage and repairs needed to the fascia. Other then that the house is large and has the most spectacular views of the gulf

Great house and location!
This was the perfect house for our visit - not too far from the highest leading into Gulf Shores, but more importantly on the beach and LOTS of parking. I’ve always had parking issues when booking for large groups - why rent a space that sleeps more than 10 but room for only one car?! This place had more than enough parking!! Very pleased. Would highly recommend!

Location was perfect! Private beach access. Beautiful white sandy beach. The house was nice as the pictures reflected. The only issues we came across were some cockroaches (typical humid beach stuff), the house cleanliness wasn’t great and we had no garbage bags upon arrival. Otherwise, it was good!

We really enjoyed the property which had ample space for 5 different families that stayed! Maybe just having some shades in the penthouse bedroom would be the only critique I would have…. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed and would return back there for another vacation again. Rich

Great Vacation Home
Just stayed here with a large group of adults (20 people) and had an amazing time! The door was hard to lock in the beginning but the property manager answered and helped immediately. Location is great and the views are incredible. Highly recommend staying here!

A Great Family Vacation
We had a group of 7 adults and 12 kids for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved the decks and location of the house with the beautiful beach and ocean just steps away. The check-in and check-out process was easy and Sam the owner was was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great experience!

Family Retreat
Overall we were satisfied with the property. The beds were comfortable, and we had enough space for our family of 17. The house is old and could use some maintenance but it was okay with us. But the best draw was the location. It was perfect.

My group of friends from college try to get back together at least once a year for a trip. This house could not have been a better fit for us, and honestly, I think we will go back. There were 13 of us, and we had PLENTY of space and sleeping space. The house has some wear and tear, but it was very comfortable for the group. The property owner was incredibly helpful before, during and after our stay. The commercial ice machine was CLUTCH. We loved the huge family table off the kitchen, and of course, it’s right on the beach. 10/10 booking this house!

A great experience
We had a big group of people come and stay at this property for a vacation and it was perfect for our needs. The house is plenty big and is averagely clean. As college students, this didn’t bother us at all! Samuel was extraordinary and so helpful and kind. I would rate him a 12/10 if I could. The location of the house was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. My two complaints (which didn’t dampen our experience at all) was that 1. the outlets were weak and made charging cell phones slow and 2. there was a lack of curtains in the bedrooms so we tended to wake up early. Overall, we had a blast! Thank you Sam!!

We're now spoiled for houses on the beach instead of condos!
First of all, the owner/manager, Sam, is excellent in communication and making sure you have what you need. Accommodating and helpful, he is a gem. He even called after we left to see if there was anything that needed his attention. We loved the location of this house...surrounded by other houses on the beach, we enjoyed a relaxing trip, leaving only to pick up fresh fish and shrimp at the nearby fish market. The beach was never crowded, and with 13 of us in the house, the house didn't feel crowded either! The house isn't exquisitely appointed - and you can see that from the pictures. So don't go in expecting perfection or something different... just enjoy what you came for: the beautiful beach and the time with those you're vacationing with. Unfortunately the deck off the 3rd floor was under renovation, and a fraternity had left the day before we arrived and had really done a number on the place (neighbors had some stories), which is why I rated a little lower on the cleanliness - the cleaning crew had their hands full and just not enough time. The owner assured us those items were just a timing issue and honestly, after we got past that and moved into vacation mode, our enjoyment of our trip outweighed those issues. Sam challenged us to empty the ice maker, and with four coolers and daily usage - and making homemade ice cream twice - we could not do it. We gave it our best, but that industrial ice maker was just too efficient! In the end, we would come back to Chivas by the Sea - it was plenty large enough for the 13 of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed walking out the back door and onto the beach seamlessly. So will you!

Incredible Gulf Shores Experience!
Myself and 19 friends had an absolute blast here. I agree with many other reviewers in that the pictures absolutely do not do this property justice. Very spacious and an incredible view of the beach, not to mention the accessibility to the beach. The owner is very responsive and gave some great nearby restaurant recommendations. Stopped by on our second day and we had a great conversation. Owner did warn me that they kicked out some previous renters for being way too loud and causing property damage. Not a place to throw massive parties, but if you’re looking for a very relaxed stay in Gulf Shores I highly recommend.

Excellent Experience
As stated in the other reviews, the pictures do not do this place justice. It is very spacious with more than enough room for 20 people. The house is located right on the beach which is part of what made our experience so great. Beth, the owners daughter, was also wonderful. She made the check-in and out process very simple and made herself available if we had any issues. 10/10 recomend!

New Year's Getaway
First Class is really first class. Amazing location. Beautiful beach with both sunrise and sunset. Our two families enjoyed our time here. Plenty of space, great kitchen amenities, and great communication with the owner.

Belle of the Beach
This place was much larger than the photos indicated. Our group of 7 adults and 5 littles all fit comfortably with room to spare in the open concept living room/dining room. We were thrilled we could all sit at one table! The appliances worked great and our cooking family appreciated the well- stocked kitchen with all the cutlery, cookware, flatware and dinnerware. The 3 decks and the location on the beach made it a perfect retreat while still being relatively central. There was a backyard with a volleyball net that made for lots of good outside time for the kids while being close to the large back deck. Sam the Owner was very gracious and made sure everything was in order on our arrival. He was full of information and gave us a lot of local pointers that you just don’t get with a corporate property manager. I don’t believe the property advertised a grill, but there are two small ones on the property. The only minor annoyance (which Sam warned us about) was the constant parade of people passing along the sides and through the backyard to access the beach. Permanent fencing along the sides would be helpful. Overall, the group rated Chivas By the Sea an “A”! Thank you for the great memories!
