Amazing location, you can see pictured rocks from the porch/backyard. Has a fire pit, 5 bedrooms one with a bunk bed and plenty of space. Easy check in and out definitely would stay here whether for a winter or summer excursion.

This property was in an ideal location on the shore of Lake Superior. It was reasonably handy to the closest town (about 15 minutes) and it was pretty easy to get to. Owners/managers were very responsive to all questions we had and the property met our needs very well (5 adult couples).

The Lake Superior Lodge was perfect for our family. Autumn is beautiful there. Plenty of great spots to visit. Home was clean and had most everything anyone would need. We did go through a lot of bottled water due to iron taste in water that none of us were used to. Not a big deal. We would definitely go back up to this Lodge. The views from this Lodge were outstanding.

2nd stay here. Location is the star, beautiful. Sitting on the deck watching the lake, sunrise, clouds can’t be beat. Host very responsive. Nice improvements to deck since 2 years ago. Kitchen is well equipped. The stairs are the only downside. Watch your head on the inside stairs if you’re tall hates to leave. Thankyou

This was a perfect lodge for our stay on the lake! Out large family of 10 felt quite comfortable and had plenty of room to make our own space or all be together. Easy drives to the Au Train river, Munising, and of course the pictured rocks. We wished there was a more accessible spot to the water, but after a few days were glad there was a barrier for the children. (And the beaches were so close!!) Thanks for helping is make memories we'll hope for a lifetime. 3

The home was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of Lake Superior, especially in the evening. If you plan to spend time on the deck or in the backyard after sunset, be sure to bring mosquito repellent. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The view from the deck of this home is amazing. But it gets better. The swing at the property's edge provides a spot to enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior. The home is older. If you want contemporary, this is not your place. If you are about location, location, location - ample room for the family or friends to gather - this is your place!

Gorgeous view of Lake Superior. Huge deck & nice outside area. House was a described. Nice open concept kitchen/ living area for family gatherings. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Could use some updating and was a little disappointed to find both electric fireplaces not working. Would definitely stay again. Great location in between Munising & Marquette close to lots of waterfalls.

A beautiful spot to escape to. We had 8 people stay here for a weekend. The hosts offer plenty of advice for things to do, especially in the warmer months. It is also so quiet and peaceful here. I would highly recommend this lovely property for your stay.

My family (6 adults & 3 dogs) stayed this weekend. I wanted:On Lake Superior3 baths 4 bedrooms (is 5 bedrooms)4 beds (is 6 beds)Pet-friendly (perfect)FirepitCleanFall colors (perfect)The family (including the fur-babies) instantly liked the place. There is the side yard, backyard, and then big rocks into Lake Superior.What is spectacular is the deck; which is huge! There is lots of space for 6 adults and 3 big dogs. There are 3 tables with chairs & nice sized propane grill. It was so relaxing watching the sun rise/set on the deck while relaxing, grilling, and having some laughs. We were chilling by the firepit by 10pm quiet time. The dog had so much fun & had lots of room to lounge.VRBO description points out not being wheelchair acceptable; which is 100%. There are multiple steps to the front door and deck, along with inside between floors. If you struggle with multiple steps and/or have young children, you must take this into account. Adults also will have to keep a close eye on the kiddos due to the slippery rocks and lake being so close.We were unaware certain items not being available. VRBO location's supplies differ. There was one kitchen towel/wash cloth, minimal spices/condiments, no Ziploc bags, etc. In a way, I do understand no food products being supplied for health reasons. Not a big thing, we just now know for the next visit. I had a few questions for the host, and he responded promptly prior to and after the visit. Thank you, Cory!!

we loved our stay at this cabin! the kids had a great time trying to skip rocks. We loved how close we were to the activities we already had booked around Lake Superior!

Great place to stay for our first UP trip. Beautiful views, spacious, close to Marquette and Pictured Rocks in either direction.

Location was fantastic. Our kids loved that yard and climbing the rocks. A small issue with the house came up but the property management team handled it well and promptly.

It was a great location, everyone in our large group was comfortable, kids had space and so did the adults. Conviently located close to more things than we could pack in for one trip. Would stay again
