Een grote, elegante badstenen woning die bijna op gelijke afstand ligt tussen Bristol en Bath.

Roseneath House ligt op een werkelijk uitstekende, gemakkelijk toegankelijke, semi-landelijke locatie, bijna op gelijke afstand tussen de prachtige en historische steden Bristol en Bath. Gebouwd in de late jaren 1850 is het gebouw omgetoverd tot een stijlvol en modern huis met een geruststellende klassieke ambiance die ervoor zorgt dat aan de verwachtingen van onze gasten wordt voldaan, zonder afbreuk te doen aan de geschiedenis van het gebouw. De zes slaapkamers met eigen badkamer hebben elk een eigen unieke inrichting en bieden groepen tot 15 gasten een ontspannen ervaring.

De grote keuken is een ruimte die perfect werkt voor groepen en biedt een handige indeling waarmee u gezellig kunt zijn en tegelijkertijd kunt koken. Er is veel ruimte om te bewegen, plus voldoende werkbladruimte, moderne keukenapparatuur en een tafel en stoelen. Tweevoudige deuren geven toegang tot de achterste grote natuurlijke tuinen met bubbelbad omgeven door velden. Er is een ruime lounge / eetkamer voor de hele groep. De geneugten van zowel Bath of Bristol steden zijn dichtbij, de trein van Keynsham ligt op slechts 15 minuten lopen, busroutes en park en rit zijn beide bij de hand of u kunt ook een taxi boeken.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful house perfect for our family of 14. The host took his time walking us through the property explaining the ins and outs which we greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home!

Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to Bristol and would recommend Avon Minibuses for large groups.

Hen do stay

We stayed at Roseneath House for a weekend for a friend's hen do and it was perfect! The house is in great condition and has a beautiful garden and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the party room at the back. The kitchen was also very well equipped for all of the cooking we did. Highly recommend!

Amazing hen weekend!

14 of us stayed at Paul’s property for this past weekend for my sisters hen trip. The house exceeded our expectations- it was beautiful, clean and had everything we could have needed. Paul was great at welcoming us and a great host who showed us around the property and was only a text away should we have needed him (we didn’t as everything was spot on!) I couldn’t recommend the house enough for a family or friends getaway. Would 100% visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay

We had an incredible time at Roseneath celebrating my partners 30th birthday. Paul was a 10/10 host - so accommodating before, during and after our stay, even offering to pick us up from the shop with all our groceries. The house is exactly as pictured (if not better) and I’ve never come across a better equipped kitchen in my life. We had a ball.

Lovely property

13 women stayed at this property for a hen weekend away, it was fantastic. Enough parking for all cars and rooms are very spacious. Kitchen has everything you could need. hot tub is added luxury, close enough to bristol city centre for a night out and taxis and takeaways are easy to get from this property 👍🏻

Beautiful House

We came for my friends hen weekend and everyone absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for what we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub, stunning gardens and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were all presented perfectly, and Paul was very friendly and flexible, even meeting us earlier to check in. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend!

Fabulous, Elegant perfect for grown up groups.

We had the most fabulous time. A beautiful elegant house that has been restored to a high standard and kept in perfect condition. The house is set up perfectly for big groups. Paul is the most wonderful host and made us feel really welcome. We will certainly be telling our friends!

The most exceptional weekend

I can’t begin to praise Paul and Roseneath House enough. We visited over the weekend for a hen party of 14 and to say we were blown away is an understatement. The house is truly stunning and Paul has thought of every detail from the contents of the kitchen to the decor. He communicated regularly in the lead up to our visit and was on hand throughout the weekend if we had any questions. The check in process was smooth and informative and enabled us to have the most fantastic weekend. The views of the countryside are epic but you are so close to Bath and Bristol which is really ideal. We can’t give enough praise! The house was perfect and we will definitely be back! Thank you Paul for such a wonderful stay.

The most gorgeous home for our Wedding weekend!

The house is spectacular! We held our wedding weekend at Roseneath house with 14 guests and each guest was amazed at the house & grounds. The settings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious all with an en-suite, the kitchen & living spaces are beautiful! We have never stayed in a more perfect setting & it made the weekend magical. Paul was a lovely host, really friendly & kindly left us to it after a quick & easy check in. Communication was great too. Overall the stay was incredible and we hope to return for a weekend again in the future. Thank you Paul! The newly Mr & Mrs Mabbs x

We <3 Roseneath!

Our weekend at Roseneath was incredible. Main pros: the house is stunning! The pictures don't do it justice - the upstairs has so many spacious, lovely bedrooms, most with really nice en suite bathrooms (it felt like a luxurious hotel!). The kitchen is incredible with amazing utensils and cooking appliances. The dining room is also really well decorated and there are tons of big tables - perfect for group dinners or breakfasts outside and Paul was nice enough to set the table for our party size. Paul overall was an amazing owner/host and has everything ready for us, really thoughtful touches (towels on each bed, prosecco for us in the wine fridge, mini shampoos in each bathroom, etc.), and was super attentive when we had an issue with the drainage/sockets briefly. The only (very minor) not upside to the house is that it is off a busy road and wasn't as easy as we hoped to walk to from the train station, but Paul provided a list of easy taxi companies so we'd just recommend taxiing from the station if you have luggage :) other than that fab time at Roseneath we won't ever forget!!

Lovely weekend with friends

The house is beautiful and real gem . Catered all our needs for 15 girls on a hen party . The house had everything we needed and more . Plenty of room and Paul the house owner was very informative. The hot tub was a real treat lovely and warm and very clean . We did not want to leave and will be all dreaming about that house for months to come Thank you Paul - we will be back :) fell in love with your dog (ornament ) and the elephant haha

Fantastic NYE stay!

Stayed over the long NY weekend (16 of us is from baby to adult). House was beautiful, Paul was super helpful and the location is great. The kitchen had more than everything we needed and was a great space to cook. The living spaces were large and we comfortably sat around the table in the dining room. Bedrooms were all lovely and each having an en-suite was very handy. Water pressure was good and as long as we didn’t all have a shower at the same time there were no issues with hot water. We used the hot tub and Paul had ensured it was ready to go the whole weekend. We saw deer running from the bedroom windows and there are many lovely walks either directly from the house or from a few mins drive away.
