Geweldige verhuur met vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers op 4 hectare in het prachtige Chanhassen, Minnesota. Minder dan een mijl van Paisley Park. Slechts 3 mijl van Hazeltine Golf Club, zeer dicht bij het vervoer voor de Women's PGA.

Dit huis heeft 2 grote slaapkamers en een bijgewerkte keuken met nieuwe kasten en granieten aanrecht. Open concept keuken, eethoek en familiekamer, evenals extra familiekamer. Alle badkamers zijn onlangs gerenoveerd. Korting voor langere huur, tot een of twee maanden. Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 8 volwassenen in bedden en twee kinderen (op een futon).

Er is een dek met grill, een vuurplaats en twee hectare gras, de rest is bebost. De oprijlaan heeft een grote parkeerplaats. Geniet van de vuurplaats en de kinderen kunnen rondrennen in het bos.

Het huis heeft twee stappen omhoog om in het huis te komen, en 7 stappen om naar het hoogste niveau binnen te gaan of 7 stappen naar het lagere niveau.

We zijn 19 mijl van Minneapolis / St. Paul International Airport en 16 mijl van de Mall of America. Dicht bij het centrum van Minneapolis, op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden.

We had a wonderful time at the property hosted by Terri. At check-in Terri gave us a tour of the property to ensure all questions we may have had were answered and she left us a platter of delicious homemade cookies. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided and it was very pet friendly. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Minnesota!! We highly recommend it!

We stayed at this home while in Minneapolis for our son’s wedding. Terri and her husband were great hosts. Terri met greeted us and showed us around the property. The house was very clean, well stocked with almost anything you could dream of, and spacious. It was delightfully decorated for Christmas. When it snowed, the driveway was cleared in a timely manner and grit was put down to prevent slipping. The toddlers with us especially enjoyed the beautiful wooded yard with snow to play in. They also spotted many squirrels, including an albino one, a fox, and rabbits. Chocolate chip cookies left on counter for us just topped off the experience along with such a warm welcome. thank you!

This home was a fabulous stay with all amenities available. Nice and clean, comfortable living space and beds. Even with easy access and a busier road, the house is tucked back in a wooded area with beautiful scenery. It was great to see the turkeys and deer come to the feeders. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Terri was always available and checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything and were good! ;)

This is a truly beautiful and peaceful property.The autumnal landscape in October and well kept property were a perfect getaway for us and our extended family. It is as well kept and cozy as it looks. Excellent communication and quick responses. Terri let us know they had a PacnPlay and stroller for use with my 7 month old granddaughter and went the extra mile setting up and booster chair with tray for her as well. The basement suite had a large closet perfect, dark and quite for the baby. Plenty of space for a multi family stay with two living spaces. I highly recommend the his property.

Terri and Dave are the perfect hosts. Terri met us there to go through the house and brought cookies. The house was so clean and has everything you need. We rented this property as our home base for my son's wedding at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. It is spacious, very livable, well-stocked and the host, Terri, could not be nicer. It was very convenient to the Arb as well.The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys who visit daily from the dining room and porch. If we ever need a large house when visiting Minneapolis again, this will be our go to.

This was a wonderful property for our gathering of old college friends. The home is spacious, comfortable, and set on a beautiful property. Lake Minnetonka family vacation!

The house was big and laid out so nine adults and four kids were not on top of each other. Plenty of room for the kids to run around outside. We love the fire pit and the wildlife. The host were very welcoming. Would recommend this house for large groups. Short drive to mall of America and Lake Minnetonka.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable

Perfect for family gathering

Plenty of space for 4 generations to stay together. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. There were enough kitchen items for us to prepare and serve a meal for a large family gathering. Amazing property

We booked this for our family Christmas. Terri and Dave were not only extremely professional and helpful, they also made the home feel like Christmas. The home was large with many spaces to gather. The home was extremely clean and there were so many things supplied so we could cook and play games in the home. We were so impressed. We could not recommend this home and its host enough!

Perfect Home for Sibling Reunion

Clean and Spacious inside and out. We enjoyed sitting around dining and deck area visiting with family. The spacious back yard was great for yard games. The patio below the deck was great for sitting out when it got a bit warmer on the deck. All was clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic communication with the host. Seven family members stayed at this house but we had up to eight others join us from another rental for a few hours each day. The open living room, dining, kitchen, patio was perfect for this.

Great Place to Stay

We came up from Iowa for the Renaissance Festival. Six adults. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. House is set off the main road in a beautiful wooded area. Lots of turkeys! About a fifteen minute drive to the festival or Valleyfair amusement park. Also, not a far drive to grocery or convenience stores. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely rebook this property again.

My husband and I live in Chanhassen and the property listed is our second home. We have two grown children and five grandchildren. We are both retired from the financial industry. We have lived in Chanhassen since 1991 and love it here! We enjoy renting to others and making their stay the best possible.

Chanhassen is a great community, near everything in the Minneapolis area. Enjoy time on the deck overlooking the wooded lot, sit by the firepit at night and relax in the open concept living area. Close to Paisley Park, Mall of America, three lakes and much more.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Very private large property. Great layout for families of 8 to 10 people. The lower level master bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size bed works great for couples with kids or teenagers. Sleeps 10 adults (1 bedroom has twin sleep number beds.)
