I’m sorry there was some confusion regarding the linens. Linen-free rentals are the norm at the Jersey Shore vacation properties, but I do understand how important it is for guests to be aware of that in advance, so I always remind them. I notified you approximately two weeks before check-in that linens and towels were not provided, so it appears you may have overlooked that information in my earlier message. When you reached out the night before your arrival, I responded right away and provided the name of a well-respected local linen service that could assist you. I certainly understand that arranging linens at the last minute was frustrating. However, I believe the policy was communicated in advance and that I responded promptly once the issue was brought to my attention. I’m sorry that the situation ultimately affected your vacation.
