This will be our last visit to Maui for a variety of reasons, but it was one of the best if not the best. Lovely location right on the water and sea turtles galore. Sea turtle (Honu) is my spirit animal so I was absolutely delighted upon seeing ten of them shortly after arriving. Including several juveniles. A few years ago, a resident told me that there was a grandfather sea turtle that is over 100 years old and he shows up from time to time and we saw him again. Always a thrill. This is a lovely, well appointed unit and very very clean. It’s up three flights of stairs so going up and down is a good workout if you like that kind of thing and I absolutely do. I love this side of the island. It’s away from more of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and a couple of world-class snorkeling beaches. You cannot go wrong staying in this unit. Owner is helpful and responds quickly to any issues you might have.
