The pirates chest could not be cuter or more accommodating… Don’t hesitate to book this place! We were in town to go visit UNCW… Carolina Beach was just the added bonus we did not know we needed. This house was the cherry on top!

Everything was great!! Communication with host was super easy. Property was well maintained. We loved the hammocks and outdoor space. Several of us enjoyed the outdoor shower daily!! Hoping for this to be our yearly birthday celebration destination!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this location! It was perfect for our family. Within walking distance to so much we barely drove anywhere!! The host/owner was very easy to talk with about the couple questions we had while there! Loved it and hope to return in the future!

This was our second time staying there and both time we had a great experience. We had a dog with us, it was very pet friendly and the fenced in area was great for the dog to not be on a leash. Definitely looking to stay there again next year.

What a great stay! Location was great. Within walking distance of everything. Great deck and fenced in area. Great communication with the host. 3 generations of women and we all enjoyed our time together.

We couldn't have been more happy with our experience at Pirates Chest. The location was perfect, walking distance to the center of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The house had everything we needed for a family beach vacation.

This place is cozy, well furnished with all that you need. Has a nice fenced in yard that worked great with our dogs. The set up is very pet friendly. Being able to walk right out to the beach made it nice to take morning coffee will watching the sunrise. Plan on going back. Host was very nice and responsive .

This house is nicely located to the Boardwalk and tons of restaurants. The fenced in yard would have been great for our dogs- (we didn’t bring them this trip).This place had all the amenities we would need for our stay! Clean, comfy. Easy beach access.

Great place to relax and ejoy the ocean

My husband and I got married here on the beach at sunset. It's a beautiful location. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful about everything. This place is so relaxing. Good for families and couples.

Family vacation

The house was nice and great location to the boardwalk. We had easy access to the beach and plenty of room to park 3 cars. Would recommend to friends and family, already talking about next year.

Our family had a great time at the cottage. We have small children and they had a blast. The adults are enjoying the ability to walk the boardwalk to the beach from the cottage. The balcony is great watching the sunset and sunrise. Would love to come back again!

Beach adventure

Perfect beach house. Cozy with plenty of room for the family. Great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and good food. My family enjoyed the local attractions, Shopping and Britt’s Donuts, of course! We are already planning our trip for next summer!

Rebecca’s home was clean, beautiful, cozy, and ideally located near everything at Carolina Beach, especially the beach itself! The house was laid out comfortably for 5 adults, with large bedrooms, a massive couch to relax on at night and a roomy kitchen. We spent hours reading on the back porch, enjoyed the cornhole set up in the fenced back yard, and of course, very much appreciated the easy access to the beautiful beach! The wrap around porch and gated walkways worked well for our two miniature schnauzers. Having the use of a propane grill was a big bonus, as was the use of the double garage for our cars. We walked to coffee and Brits donuts many mornings and to dinner in the evening. This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we were impressed with the walkability and character of the town and, especially, how clean and gorgeous the beach is. Rebecca was an incredibly responsive host and it was clear that she cares a great deal about this house. We all agreed that we hope to stay here again! We highly recommend this property!
