We loved staying in this house the place is spectacular and the way everything is set up is so thoughtful and considerate to the guests! This is our second year to stay in this house and we plan to stay here in future years. The beach amenities (chairs , umbrellas, kayaks, beach toys, bicycles and paddle boards) and rentable golf cart enhances the rental experience. The owner was very involved in making out stay exceptional. I’d give this 10 stars if allowed!

Awesome house with an even better sound-side beach access. Just about everything you could want has been provided: Fishing Rods, paddle boards, tons of options to spend your time! We spent a lot of time fishing. Overall, this is a great place to take your family.

We have stayed in a few different Florida condos. This one by far was the cleanest, well kept, nicest one. The host was nice and well organized. Everything was clean and well kept. I 100% recommend this condo.

This is the best place to stay in the area! The owner is great to communicate with, the house has everything you could need or forget and it is immaculate. The walk out private beach is just perfect. We have stayed here several times and will be back again for sure!

We stayed here for our family vacation. This place is beautiful and has tons of amenities for everyone. It’s location on the sound and is perfect when there is red flags on the beach or for evening swimming. We would stay here again

We stayed 11 days at Semi Retired. The house is absolutely perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved everything about it. I just brought clothes for the first time in 30 years. The house literally has everything you need. We lived the private beach on the bay. Everyone in our party said we are coming back here every year. Mark was amazing Very accommodating and quick to respond to concerns but we didn’t have any. Don’t hesitate to book his home. You won’t be disappointed

Amazing property and even better hosts. This property is well stocked, well maintained, and in an amazing location. One of the nicest docks I’ve seen as well and the backyard beach is amazing.

What a gorgeous home! It fit our family of five very comfortably. Everything was incredibly organized and easy to navigate. The “likes” counter in the kitchen had us all laughing and had fun with it!We selected this home for our vacation because it had a personal dock for our boat. Just a word to other boaters: the chop was intense!!! We had a tricky time tying up our boat and we are not newbs when it comes to boating. We ended up purchasing more lines while there for extra security. This is obviously not a knock to the house or host, just a heads up. Overall wonderful home, location, and experience!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 for a week. It was clean and had everything we needed to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the water toys, beach toys, golf cart, board games, fishing off the pier, etc. Mark was easy to work with and responded to texts right away. We will definitely come back to Navarre Beach and stay at Mark’s house.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay at Semi-Retired! We had 4 kids and there was no shortage of toys/activities to keep them entertained for hours. Having the beach right out your doorstep was amazing, and the kids loved spotting dolphins, manatees, pelicans, flying fish and hermit crabs along the pier. It was a quick 10-15 min walk to the gulf making it a convenient change of pace to visit the surf and hunt for seashells. Highly recommend!
