Kom en geniet van onze ruime 2BR / 2BA 1151 vierkante voet condo op de 12e verdieping van prachtige Surfside Resort gelegen in het rustiger, minder drukke Miramar Beach gedeelte van Destin, FL. Onze zuidoostelijke oceaan uitzicht vanaf onze 8 'x 28' eigen balkon is vrij door gebouwen en SPECTACULAR!

We krijgen de ochtendzon en de middagschemering, dus geniet van je ochtendkoffie op het balkon en kom later terug om te ontspannen in de namiddag schaduw. Geniet van de prachtige uitzichten en geluiden van de oceaan en staar langs de zuidoostkust van de Golfkust tot aan Panama City! Alle kamers hebben toegang tot het balkon dankzij de unieke plattegrond van deze accommodatie. Ons interieur is allemaal tegelvloeren met nieuwe comfortabele en gezinsvriendelijke meubels en inrichting.

De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een 32-inch flatscreen SMART TV / DVD combo, inloop verlichte kast, kleedruimte, kaptafel, en een grote meester bad met betegelde inloopdouche. Een wasmachine / droger op ware grootte bevindt zich in het hoofdbad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee tweepersoonsbedden met grote kast en een badkamer met bad / douche combinatie. Het heeft ook een 36-inch flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler. De tweede slaapkamer kan worden afgesloten en heeft een eigen ingang.

Onze nieuwe AMERICAN LEDEREN COMFORT SLAAPZAK sofa in de woonkamer opent in een uiterst comfortabel queen-size bed. Een geweldige 55-inch gebogen ultra HD 4K high def SMART TV (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), Blu Ray dvd-speler, games en puzzels allemaal in de woonkamer voor entertainment.

Eetkamer heeft gespiegelde muren die een geweldig uitzicht vanaf alle zitplaatsen bieden. De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft gloednieuwe high-end apparaten en alles wat u nodig heeft voor koken en / of onderhouden, inclusief een KEURIG koffiezetapparaat!

Wij bieden GRATIS Beach Service (2 stoelen en 1 paraplu) 1 maart - 31 oktober.

Condo was very clean and a great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants, coffee shops , smoothie King, grocery store and shopping within a mile of the condo. Very attentive host who also paid for two beach chairs and an umbrella while we there. Excellent view and we didn’t even have to leave our balcony to watch several fireworks displays up and down the beach to celebrate America’s 250th birthday! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place in Miramar Beach.

Great condo with view of gulf. Wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main room for increased privacy. Pool, hot tub, access to gas and charcoal grills. Beach access across the street. Really enjoyed our stay, and want to come back!

The condo is wonderful. Great location, great view of the ocean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. It definitely matched the pictures posted, but a little better. The host was wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately. They made sure we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond! The location was great with plenty of shops nearby within walking distance or a very short drive.

Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay real clean condo and nice staff

We had a great time during our stay at surfside real nice place we stayed in unit 1207 and it was very clean and the furniture and appliances were very nice also had a nice view of ocean the owner was really helpful on our stay will be back.

The condo was perfect! This was our 2nd year visiting and love staying at Surfside Resort. The owners were very thoughtful and nice reaching out multiple times during our trip. Would definitely recommend booking with them!!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo is very nice. The property is wonderful. The skybridge across Hwy 98 makes beach access very easy - especially with children. Suzanne is great to work with!

Thanks for the compliments! I truly enjoy interacting with my guests and making sure their stay is as wonderful as possible. We try to keep our condo current and recently installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and both bathrooms, replaced the long panel blinds with curtains, replaced our queen sleeper sofa, and replaced our master bedroom furniture. We're so thankful to be in such a fantastic property as Surfside that meets everyone's needs! Come join us!

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Beautiful Destin

Surfside is a great place to stay on Miramar Beach. It has easy access to lots of activities in the area. The unit we rented had a great view of the ocean and was very quiet at night. We enjoyed siting on the balcony in the A.M. and P.M. Sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon/evening. Thank you our relaxing vacation.

I'm actually surprised and disappointed at a rating of 3 out of 5 as we have consistently received 5 star reviews for 11 years but if there are specific things we can do to improve your stay should you choose to come back again, please let me know!

Great Vacation!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Surfside 1207. The condo remodel is beautiful! I loved staying in a condo that was so modern (including a smart tv) with great views of the ocean. This resort has a restaurant, pool, hot tubs, and covered parking, Can't wait to vacation at Surfside 1207 again!. Suzanne was a pleasure to work with!! Great experience, great vacation!!

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

This is a nice condo with great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach with free umbrella and beach chair service. The heated pool and hot tubs were a bonus. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed all the amenities that came with this unit. My experience with the owners was amazing. They were great to work with and extremely responsive. I would definitely come back to stay again and would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Fantastic Destin(ation)

Stayed at this Surfside 12th floor condo over Spring Break 2011. Unit has fantastic view of the gulf from large comfortable patio. Great location with deck pool and easy access to beachfront.. Clean, nicely furnished condo in a quieter area east of Destin yet a short drive to family fun activites, watersports, and fine restaurants. The Owners, Surfside staff, fellow visitors, and residents were very friendly and helpful. This condo met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

It's so nice to hear that our guests love our condo and Surfside as much as we do! The huge balcony and fantastic view of the Gulf were two of the main reasons we bought this 12th floor unit. It's fun to go into Destin but always great to come back and relax at the beach, pool or on our balcony!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. Thanks John and Patti!

Great Vacation - Well Furnished Condo

We’ve stayed here several times and love it. Great view of the ocean and the pool. We love the free umbrella/beach chairs and the kids love how the pool is always kept warm. The beach and pool access are both easy. The condo is very well furnished and has everything we needed. The little things like the blender, waffle maker, plenty of cookware are very appreciated. We have a family of 5 so the sleeper sofa gives us plenty of space. We always have a wonderful stay. We will continue coming back for a great family week.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!

We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

John and Patti Sturm from New Melle, MO. We have 2 sons and a daughter who love going down to Surfside and hanging out on the beach and at the pool. We bought our condo in 2021 and love our spectacular view and private balcony.

Miramar Beach section is less congested, great views of the ocean, Surfside building is rock solid and built to Category 5 Hurricane standards. Unique layout of floor plan has sliding doors from all rooms out to the balcony with views from all rooms to the Gulf.

Skybridge from pool deck to the beach, fantastic restaurant in the building, (enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beautiful new dining deck) awesome view, all rooms open out to private balcony.
