Dit appartement heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen vanaf het balkon en is minder dan 2 minuten lopen naar de gondel (skilift) of River Run Village (winkels, restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, skiverhuur, nachtleven etc) .. Dit appartement is geschikt voor 6 personen comfortabel met een queensize bed in de slaapkamer, comfortabele slaapbank met therapeutische matras en een queensize Murphy-bed. Onlangs gerenoveerd met roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten toonbanken, leren banken / stoelen grote open haard en meubels. Het is moeilijk om de locatie en kwaliteit van dit appartement te verslaan. Een van de mooiste appartementen in Keystone met een zeer korte wandeling naar alle ski- en River Run Village-voorzieningen. Dicht bij alle actie, maar aan de rustige kant uitzicht op de bergen van de flat voor volledige ontspanning. Prachtig balkon om te ontspannen en te genieten van uw favoriete drankje. GRATIS VERWARMDE ONDERGRONDSE PARKING

Er is een grote speelkamer in de lobby met een pooltafel, bordspellen en comfortabele stoelen voor de grote gashaard. U kunt het hele jaar door genieten van het verwarmde zwembad en de 2 bubbelbaden die uitkijken op skipistes. Er is ook een fitnessruimte, een stoombad en skikluisjes op de eerste verdieping, een gasbarbecuekuil om te gebruiken bij het zwembad. Wasmachines op munten op elke verdieping. Het beste van alles is dat dit complex een GRATIS verwarmde ondergrondse parkeergarage heeft.

River Run dorp is vol met winkels en restaurants - het is een eigen dorp en heeft een geweldig nachtleven, winkels en restaurants op slechts een steenworp afstand van het complex. Het ligt aan de overkant van de parkeerplaats, dus terwijl u geniet van het gemak van alle voorzieningen op korte loopafstand, bent u nog steeds in een rustig deel van het dorp. Onthoud ook dat Keystone het enige skigebied in Summit County is dat nachtskiën aanbiedt!

Awesome Ski Crash Pad

We had a great stay at this condo! It was clean and thoughtfully stocked and furnished, including everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner daily. The Murphy bed worked great for our daughter, the ski locker was convenient, and the walk to the gondola was short and easy. There is construction going on in the area, but it didn't disrupt our stay at all. Overall this is a great place that we would definitely visit again! Three things that would have taken this from a 4 to a 5-star experience were the heat, lighting and clarity of instructions from the rental company. We were there during a warm week, but even with the heat turned all the way down, we had a hard time keeping the unit cool and had to open windows. It may be located near a mechanical room or something like that because the in-unit heat was definitely off and it was still very hot. The lighting all worked, but was mostly very bright, cool-tone LED lights. This made it hard for us to create a relaxing/cozy ambiance to hang out in the condo. Not a deal breaker, but something that takes a rental from good to great for us. We experienced a ton of confusion with the rental company's instructions for check-in and check-out. It's clear that they try to standardize communications for multiple properties, and we had to sort through multiple emails, texts and printed instructions that were all slightly different and included irrelevant info while still missing helpful details like where/how to unload upon arrival.

Enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is close to the ski run, within walking distance to the Gondola and easy to get to. Communication with owner and property management were excellent. We enjoyed our ski vacation over the New Year and got to see the fireworks at the river run! Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

Very comfortable condo with plenty of space of our family of four. Even though the condo offers one bedroom, the sleeper sofa and the Murphy bed provided plenty of sleeping space for our teenagers. Having a second bathroom was also a plus ! We were very pleased with our stay and the proximity of the condo to the main Gondola. Will be looking to come back!

Spring break ski trip

Well-appointed condo in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the proximity to the lift and town. The ski locker, hot tub and game room were perfect additions to our ski trip. While the heated underground parking was never an issue, we did not learn that it wasn't guaranteed until after we rented. If the parking was full, you have to pay $25/day and take a shuttle. Luckily, there was plenty of parking for our entire trip. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great condo, great location

Really enjoyed staying at this condo over spring break. The location right next to river run and with it being ski-in and ski-out really helped that we had a short walk to the lifts. We could return back in the afternoon for a break/lunch and not have to pay exuberant prices for the greasy food at the ski resort lodge. If this condo is available and we come back to keystone again would definitely consider this place.

Great trip with kids

Easy location to get around and easy walk to gondola. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. And we enjoyed playing pool and foosball in the game room. Ski lockers on main floor made coming and going much easier. Nice walk to the village and easy drive to Breckenridge for dinner. We’d love to come back!

Decent place though not ski in/out

I should have done more homework. As a skier I dislike walking in my ski boots. While I could walk from the VRBO to the ski lift it would have been painful so I needed to rent a locker anyway. The unit met all my needs and was very quiet and comfortable.

Everything you Need

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the gondola. We did not even need to rent a locker for skiing it was so close to the room. Comfortable beds! Short distance walk or drive to anything you need. 10/10 would book again!

Is Hot Water Optional?

The location of this condo is as good as it gets at Keystone, but there's still a fair amount of "commute" to get to the ski hill. The condo itself was clean, and communication with the property manager was good. The kitchen amenities were far less than excellent: worn out/misshapen pans, no oil, no salt, no leftover containers, plan on bringing everything yourself. This condo sleeps six, and there are linens for six beds. But nowhere to store them. They were all stuffed into the small closet such that the closet was unusable. The biggest problem is that this building was virtually empty when we visited in early January, but we had insufficient hot water multiple days. Lukewarm water only on Sunday morning, and enough hot water for one VERY quick shower at 4:00 a couple of afternoons. Management surmised it was due to heavy demand, which seems impossible given the emptiness of the building and garage. I wouldn't be inclined to stay at this condo again.

Literally steps away from the lift!!

What a gem!! Great communication from the property manager and easy to follow check-in instructions! So stinking close to the lift, we are spoiled now and can’t go back to getting on a bus with all your gear! The unit was as advertised and very clean. The unit was a little small for two adults and one child but we made it work. Overall, five stars and we’d stay again.

Perfect vacation

Just the right size

Our initial impressions were not great. I didn't realize that there was a north/south side of the Red Hawk Property. Thankfully we were on the south side of the north end. The one thing that would improve this property would be the lighting. After skiing in bright sunlight coming back to a dark place left an impression. For the 3 of us it was the right size and the right location. The fireplace was intermittent - sometimes it worked and sometimes not. These are just suggested improvements. I grateful to be able to stay in a place like this.

Nice place but had some issues

Great location and room. Only issue was the pull out couch was broken so we had 2 less sleeping spots than were promised and the couch was also not comfortable due to this. Communication was good but unfortunately it didn’t do us any good for our stay.

Skiing at Keyatone

Great location and price for skiing Keystone. Bummer there is A LOT of construction going on that is slightly annoying. The condo was fine for a 3-day ski get-away with a Dad and 2 older sons. May not have been as acceptable to mom given a few of the condo aspects need to be updated (pull-out bed, fan in master bath, limited shelving in kitchen). Overall though, I would stay here again as we had a great time and none of the condo stuff was that big a deal. Condo property, spa, garage, other ammenities and the property staff was all great. The owner of this property was very easy to deal with as well. Again, can't beat for the location and price.

We love visiting Colorado and have family that's from here. We took the kids skiing for spring break & enjoyed it so much we bought a condo in Keystone. We have skied at several locations in Colorado & found that Keystone felt more like home to us. We decided to rent out our condo on a very limited basis so that others could enjoy this fantastic location with a great relaxing place to stay. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family has. We have had a great mix of families & couples that have stayed in our condo. It suits everyone and we are glad to hear that.

Our condo has been totally updated with high end finishes. From stainless steel appliances, granite countertops to total remodel of the bathrooms(2 FULL BATHROOMS). Its a fantastic location for summer & winter activities. Great views from the balcony. It's under a 2 min walk to the gondola & River Run village. Tons of things to do in the Summer or Winter. That's what drew our family to Keystone. Great place for family or couples/friends to get a way without having all the crowds & lines of larger ski resorts. Brand New ski lift chairs for 2018 ski season.. Keystone definitely doesn't sacrifice scenery or amenities. Its hard to beat this location and quality of our condo. Lots of onsite amenities for everyone to enjoy.

No one gets the short straw with the beds in this condo. Even the pull out couch has a therapeutic mattress. We keep several plush blankets under the master bed in bins to ensure everyone has a great nights sleep. Its hard to beat this location & condo for a relaxing stay. You are in the heart of everything but the peacefulness you came to enjoy. You can walk everywhere & with heated underground parking if you do need to go out you won't have to shovel snow to do so. Top notch condo.
