Sugar Beach condos zijn aan het strand, dus geen kruising Thomas rijden om te genieten van de suiker witte zandstranden. Dit is een gelijkvloerse unit met een weelderig gazon net buiten om te genieten van games. U kunt hier ontspannen en op uw terras zitten met uitzicht op de zoetwatervijver. Voer de eenden en koivissen of slenter over het korte pad naar het strand en geniet van de prachtig aangelegde binnentuin. Sugar Beach is een laagbouwhotel met tennisbanen, een zwembad, een barbecueplek en een prachtig clubhuis met een tafeltennistafel en een keuken / vergaderruimte.

Spring Break Vacay

Kim's condo made a wonderful home for my crew during Spring Break. Communication with her was great. The home was clean and had all the necessary items. We enjoyed cooking breakfast, then walking out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful blue water and white sand.. The complex was safe and secure and has pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts which helped keep my crew entertained. There was plenty other entertainment and food nearby, even within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

This was an overdue family vacation. We enjoyed the fact it was gated and in close proximity to food and fun. The unit was perfect for our 4 kids and me and my husband. Plenty of room to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were separate from living area which was a plus for us. Just a few hundred feet to the beach. Cannot wait to book our next stay. The owner was easy to get in touch with.

our stay

There was some upgrades and maintenance going on but the property owner did let us know in advance. The location is great. We walked almost everywhere we needed to go and the access to the water was just steps away. Would love to stay again.

Memorial day weekend

Our stay could not have been better. Weather was perfect. Our condo was great. Kim had told us about the construction, but it was no problem at all. Couldn't tell there was any going on. The condo was clean, well maintained and just what we needed. I would highly recommend it.

This was a great place.

This was by far the easiest vacation we have had. From parking right outside our door to checking in. The property was very nice. The owner was very good at communicating with us . We would definitely stay here again.

Steps to the Beach

Last minute getaway

THE BEST

This is one of the best weekends that we have ever had in P.C.B. The home owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Condo was very clean, comfortable! We will definitely be renting this unit again!!

Nice place to stay in Panama City Beach

Great property. Gated, very well maintained with beautiful courtyard, koi/turtle pond, tennis and shuffle board court. Nice clubhouse and pool area too. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Love the condo space, well laid out with plenty of room for 4 adults. Good kitchen and living area too. Good communication with the property owner.

I felt very safe staying at this property. The location was was close to the beach and not far from the dog beach . The apartment was dirty when we arrived and contacted the owner and she sent someone over right away. The beds need new mattresses but overall things were good

Location was amazing! Couldn’t ask for better!

Our stay at PCB and Sugar Beach Condos was a memory we will have forever!!! You can’t beat the location! Ground floor patio opens to pond, path to beach, tennis courts etc! Also walking distance to sling shot, great restaurants, liquor store, & ice cream! Kim is great at communicating and made sure we had a great experience.

Good family condominiums

Great short walk to beach. Beautiful beaches! Great pool, grill area and nice green grounds and pond. Nice younger family vibe in the condos. Condo was perfect to get out of the heat. Had all the items to cook meals etc. So many restaurants to choose from nearly. Kim was easy to work with, thank you.

I have so many precious memories with my family biking through St. Andrews State Park, fishing off the pier and jetties, watching the boats come in at Captain Anderson's and of course just enjoying the beach. I remember when Sugar Beach was built and feel so lucky to have a second home here. We bought here in 2016 hoping to make more wonderful memories with friends and family. We hope to share our love of Panama City with you!
