Stay was wonderful. Minutes from the local shops and waterfront. Host advised us on all the tips to get the most out od the property.One item to note: all bedrooms are upstairs.

We were visiting to celebrate our grandchildrens birthdays and the house was conveniently located between the waterfront and our daughters house. Walkable to the waterfront as well as the venue for the birthday gathering. Very pet friendly. Luca was great at showing us the house and where everything was located. The house has a very charming and we would definitely stay again!

I travel frequently and never before have I had a situation of meeting the host in-person...it was so fun!! Luca gave me a tour of the property and we spoke about the renovation process--I'm such a fan of old houses and it was great to hear about the love and sweat equity the owners have put into this beautiful historic home.The house is charming and very homey in the decor. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee supplies and dishware. Plenty of fluffy towels, pillows, and blankets. Be aware that you must be capable of navigating stairs at this property.The location is absolutely supreme: my son and I saw a concert at Bowline, went to the riverfront for lunch, drinks at Flytrap in the Brooklyn Arts District...everything was within just a few minutes walk. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and a perfect home base for our adventures.10/10 would stay here again!!

Amy and Luca were very attentive to us. We enjoyed visiting with them. We walked all around the historic district. The weather was perfect. We were there for my grandson's wedding!

Exceptional hosts! Very nice and easy to work with. Nice house, loved the antique look to some of the furniture. Walking distance to downtown, which we did often.

Great historic house within in walking distance to downtown. Had a great time and Luca & Amy responded quickly if we had questions and walk us through everything when we needed upon arrival at the property. Really would highly recommend!! Very well preserved historic home!Luca meet us at the house and gave us a tour. This was the first time we experienced that and really added to the overall stay!

Luca and Amy were so helpful. We had an unexpected family emergency and they went out of their way to make us feel at home as they prepared the home for our visit. I would highly recommend this home to people visiting with children and/or pets. I just can’t say enough about the beauty of this home!

Comfortable stay in a great location

We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the property. The place had everything we needed and it was great to be able to walk around the historic district.
