Dit stadshuis is een veilige en gemakkelijke twee minuten lopen naar de witte zandstranden en de warme wateren van de Golf van Mexico. Het zwembad en een overdekt terras liggen direct aan het Intracostal waterweg, waar u kunt genieten van dolfijnen kijken, varen en een comfortabele zeebries. Indian Shores is een rustige omgeving met goede restaurants en winkels, gelegen tussen Clearwater Beach en St. Petersburg Beach.

Met voorzieningen binnen zoals gratis draadloos high speed internet, een 55-inch led smart-tv met stereo en blue-ray-speler, gasgrill, garage, strandstoelen, parasols, strandfietsen, vispalen en alle comfort van thuis, waarom zou u ooit wil weggaan?

De master suite heeft een queen-size bed, een lcd-tv, walk-in closet en een complete badkamer.

De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 queensize bedden, een tv, een dvd-speler, een inloopkast en een complete badkamer in de hal.
Een queensize slaapbank staat in de woonkamer.

Accomodations were great, unit had everything you could possibly want and then some.Veiw of the intercostal from the pool was great and right across the street from beautiful Gulf coast. Convenient little store right at front of units was also nice. I Would deffinitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we got to Florida. The host was so accommodating- we got there earlier than the time we were scheduled to be allowed into the condo. He made it possible for early entrance. The condo was so stocked with so many towels and the amenities in the kitchen was outstanding! Plenty of pan, pots, plastic containers - rice cooker!!! Everything. Plan on reserving this spot for next year!!

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for the fisherman and the beach goer. Rob was awesome and went beyond helping us with everything. Will for sure be back.

Wonderful!

Great condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Our family spent time fishing, swimming and shelling. Also plenty of great shopping and places to eat. Cool little beach town with friendly people and a great host! We would definitely go back!

Super Clean and Cozy!

This place was great! Easy to check in and super clean! Beds were so cozy and the walk to the beach was very short.. plus they had all you needed for your day at the beach which was nice to not have to worry about packing any of it. Will stay here again for sure!

Great spot to get away

Rob was easy to communicate with before during and after my trip. The beach is a very short walk from the property which was great. The bed was comfortable and living area was plenty of room. I'll be using this home again if/when I'm in the area. Thanks for letting us stay Rob!

Great family condo

This was a great space for our family of five to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation - well stocked kitchen, board games, beach towels, chairs, and wagon. The location was an easy walk from the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool. The owner was easy to work with and everything went smoothly with the rental process.

Great unit in an amazing location. Short walk to beautiful beaches. Lots of restaurants and attractions right at the beach. Clean and cozy. Owner was very attentive and communicated very quick! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime!

Home away from home

Stayed at a great condo. The owners Rob and Tina where great they had everything ready. Place was so well stocked. Perfectly clean. Had a folder with local food menus. Great pool, fishing dock and beach was across street. We didn’t want to leave.

Very enjoyable!!

This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Love the location, the space we had as a family of 4, the heated pool, the beach across the street, and so much more. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the layout of the townhome. The communication was really great as well! We felt safe here & we all had so much fun. We would definitely return!

Great place to visit

This condo is amazing. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. Did not have to buy any supplies. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Place was clean, spacious and everything as was advertised. Beds comfy, close to lots of places to eat and a short walk to the beach if you get tired of the pool. Thanks for allowing my family to share your home for the week. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Vacation 2025

We enjoyed staying at Rob's property! There was a TON of space! The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some, to make our own meals. When we go out of town, we don't really sleep very well since we're not in our own beds at home. After a couple of nights, my husband commented on how well he was sleeping. Better than home. Beds were comfortable! The kids wished there had been darker curtains in their bedroom, but they still slept like teens and pre-teens sleep. We LOVED having all of the supplies for the beach available at the house. We had a fantastic trip and stay while we were there! Thank you!

Amazing stay!

This property literally has everything! We stayed a week, and I can tell you, the owners put their renters first. Not only is the kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need. But there are beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, a wagon… everything. Even beach towels!! The unit was super clean. The owners were so nice, and the communication was perfect. There were so many nice touches to make us feel at home. The beach access is a 2-3 minute walk… super easy with a flashing crosswalk. The pool was nice and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Thank you!

Very happy with our vacation here!

My family is very happy that we chose this apartment. Very convenient location (the beach is across the road, the necessary shops are no further than 10 minutes drive, restaurants too), not noisy in the morning (passing vehicles on the road can not be heard). Very comfortable layout of the apartment, cozy and interesting interior design, clean furniture (it was very important for us), the garage has everything you need for the beach. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel at home! (enough towels, bed linen, dishes, even some spices). It was immediately clear to us that the owner of the apartment takes care of everything as if for himself. And when we met Rob and his wife, our opinion was confirmed! They are very nice and friendly people! We were happy to meet them! I hope we will return to this apartment again! We also love Indian Shore beach! We stayed 06/17-07/03/22.

Fabulous location, Great communication!

Wow!! A beach lovers and cooks dream! I have never been to a condo that had a better set up for both the beach and the kitchen. All chairs, umbrella and beach wagon were in great shape. The kitchen had everything you could ever want, all pans were good quality and the gadgets were plentiful! We were very close to the the Pinellas Rail Trail, pickle ball courts, and a number of fun restaurants. Within an hours drive we could get to everywhere we wanted to go. The Ringling Museum, Dali Museum , Imagine Museum and the St Pete Pier were some highlights. Communication was also top notch. We had a small issue and Rob was VERY responsive and took care of things immediately. You could not ask for a better host. Bonus- the neighbors were amazing. They were very nice and offered a lot of great suggestions as well as inviting us to their Super Bowl party!! While some may feel the interior was a bit dated, that did not phase us at all. We were there for the beach and the location and those two things were an A+. We will be back! Thank you Rob and Tina

There is a sense of getting away to a small beach community when you stay here. No tall sky scrapper condos or large hotel resorts eating up your space on the beach. Very family friendly with lots to do nearby. A 3 minute walk, and you're on the sand. Relax in the pool along the intracoastal waterway watching boats, wildlife and fishing.
