Word niet voor de gek gehouden. Deze hut is 1. 5 mijl van Estes Park City limiet, 3. 5 mijl van Estes Park City, 7. 5 mijl van Rocky Mountain National Park (google geverifieerd). We maakten deel uit van Estes Park en zijn net opnieuw ingedeeld. Je kunt niet veel dichter bij alle attracties van wereldklasse zijn.

Kom en verblijf in onze fantastische hut aan de rivier. Alle nieuwe meubels, apparaten en matrassen. Bekijk onze nieuwe foto's.

Historisch vakantiehuis Riverfront uit 1920 in het hart van de Rocky Mountains. Gelegen net buiten het centrum van Estes Park aan de oevers van de Big Thompson River. Pittoreske omgeving met torenhoge Ponderosa-dennen, de Canyon en de Big Thompson-rivier!

Smaakvol ingericht in een zeeschelp en nautisch thema, zult u genieten van deze nieuw ingerichte woning. De badkamer is gezegend met een bad op pootjes en een douche.

Een picknickplaats is voorzien voor het huisje naast de rivier. De Big Thompson River is erg breed op dit punt en er is zelfs een klein eiland in het midden recht tegenover het pand. Er leeft een familie van eenden op dit punt in de rivier. Het staat ook bekend als een van de beste vliegvisgebieden en je hebt een eigen toegang tot de rivier!

Achter de cabine is er een steiler terrein met veel rotsen, erg mooi! Rechts van de cabine bevindt zich een zeer grote rotsformatie. Prachtig landschap vanuit elk venster.

Wij, de eigenaren, hebben de afgelopen 12 plus jaren 3 huizen gehuurd, en u kunt ons als eigenaren opzoeken door het aantal positieve beoordelingen op verschillende sites. We doen ons uiterste best om te zorgen voor een aangename vakantie tegen een redelijke prijs. Gasten houden niet van teveel regels en wij ook niet. We hebben de regels zo minimaal mogelijk gehouden om Larimer County Rental Rules niet te overtreden en onze hut plezierig te houden

Dit is een niet-roken, geen huisdieren faciliteit. ALS U EEN ROKER OF een PET wilt meenemen, vindt u alternatieve accommodaties. Als u een huisdier rookt of meebrengt, VERLIEST U UW AANBETALING EN WORDT OOK extra schade in rekening gebracht.

Q. Wat zijn de regels voor Estes Park Rentals?
EEN. Estes Park wordt streng in hun huurregels voor vakantieverhuur. Het aantal gasten is beperkt tot vier (4) en parkeren voor één (1) voertuig. Dit is een gezellige hut van 650 m² en is geschikt voor 4 personen. De cabine is goed geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De cabine zou een krappe accommodatie voor 4 volwassenen zijn.

Q. Wat zijn de huisregels voor deze huur?
EEN. Deze Cottage is een eigenaar gerund bedrijf. We maken zorgvuldig schoon tussen de gasten om een zeer plezierige vakantie-ervaring te garanderen. Er is een verlof zoals je het beleid vond, behalve Linens. We vragen gasten om voor ons huisje te zorgen alsof het hun eigen huis is. Als u na uw vertrek meer dan 3 uur nodig hebt om schoon te maken, betaalt u $ 45 / uur extra voor extra uren. Gasten kunnen genieten binnen de kavellijnen van het pand. Er is geen overtreding in aangrenzende percelen. De stille tijd is na 21.00 uur.

Q. Wanneer is het in- en uitchecken?
EEN. Check-in is na 16:00 uur. Afrekenen is om 11:00 uur. NEE Vroege check-ins of late check-outs zonder voorafgaande toestemming.

Q. Hoe dicht is de thuisbasis van Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) en de stad Estes Park?
EEN. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 7 mijl afstand van RMNP ingang en 3. 7 mijl van de stad Estes Park. De hut bevond zich in de gemeente Estes Park en werd in 2010 verplaatst naar Drake. U kunt de aanwijzingen google en verifiëren

Q. Hoeveel gasten zijn toegestaan, hoeveel voertuigen zijn toegestaan en wat is de parkeersituatie?
EEN. De cabine biedt comfortabel plaats aan 2 volwassenen en is geschikt voor 4 personen. De tweede slaapkamer is klein. Slechts 4 gasten en één voertuig zijn toegestaan (op de aangewezen parkeerplaats) volgens de Estes Park Renting Laws. Het huisje is gelegen op een klein pad langs de rivier, omringd door bomen. Plan alsjeblieft in een voertuig met de grootte van een kleine SUV of kleiner. Parkeren voor een extra voertuig, indien nodig, is beschikbaar in de buurt van het betaalde parkeercentrum in de buurt van het bezoekerscentrum op ongeveer 3,5 km afstand.

Q. Is er airconditioning, warmte en een was-droogcombinatie?
EEN. Er is geen airconditioning, omdat deze zeer zelden nodig is. Het wordt 's nachts erg cool en slapen is altijd comfortabel. Overdag is ook comfortabel als de zonwering naar beneden is tijdens de piekzon in de cabine. Er is geen was-droogcombinatie in de cabine. U kunt echter de wasserette voor munten gebruiken die zich in de buurt van het Safeway-centrum bevindt. We hebben elektrische plinten in elke kamer voor warmte tijdens de winter.

Q. Is de cabine afgelegen en wat is het geluidsniveau van de weg?
EEN. De cabine is niet afgelegen en bevindt zich in de buurt van andere hutten. De eigenaren van deze hutten zijn er echter zelden. De meeste hutten aan de rivier in het park van Estes liggen dicht bij een weg, omdat de weg langs de rivier is aangelegd. Onze hut is geen uitzondering. Je kunt de brug vanuit onze hut zien en de stromende Big Thompson rivier verdrinkt wat weggeluid.

Wonderful little cabin! Very clean and the view and sounds of The Big Thompson River were so beautiful and relaxing! It was perfect to come home to each evening after exploring all the sights of the area.

This is a cute cabin on the Big Thompson River. It is a little ways from the town of Estes Park, which we enjoyed. The turn-off on the highway and the little road into the cabin are tricky. Just trust the address!

Very cozy cabin, very neat and clean, right along the Big Thompson river. Detailed directions to the cabin and very detailed instructions on how to use and operate appliances, etc. Janet and her husband were really nice, and readily available to help with any questions we had. We enjoyed all the wild birds, elk crossing the river, and beautiful views of the river from the great deck overlooking it. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Great little cabin to stay in. Everything you could need. Communication with the owners was excellent. On a side note if you have a large vehicle it is difficult to maneuver the road getting to the cabin and the parking beside it. Please note there is no cell service. They have dsl internet that we used for our phones. There is dish network but not local channels ie abc nbc exc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! My husband fly fished in the river every day and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the cozy cabin. Space heaters kept us plenty warm even in mid October and we were conveniently located within a short drive to downtown Estes and RMNP. The hosts were communicative and left clear instructions for everything!

This is a great location on the Big Thompson River. A warning: it is hard to find unless you are using imaps or Google Maps. It’s a sharp turn into the location, and at first looks like the road dead ends. You have to trust the maps and drive around some buildings. This is an old fishing cabin. Instead of emphasizing this theme, the decor is beach-themed! This seemed very odd. The rooms are comfortable, the deck onto the river is superb. We thought the mattresses needed upgrading.

For future guests, Seashell River Cottage is located in a small riverside neighborhood of historic cottages and is easily reached using standard GPS directions. We also enclosed a turn by turn to instructions on VRBO chat that you may have overlooked. The cottage's seashell-inspired decor is intentional and reflects its name and character as a restored 1920s fisherman's cabin. We appreciate your comments regarding mattress preferences. Our mattresses are relatively recent and were selected to provide different firmness options, as comfort is highly personal and varies from guest to guest. Riverside Music

We enjoyed this cozy cottage by the river, minutes from RMNP and Estes Park. It was great to come back from hiking and be able to relax by the water, drink coffee, and read. We used the kitchen and the grill on deck overlooking water. Hosts provided great snacks and water bottles. We'd stay again.

Great views of River

Enjoyed hanging out at cottage just relaxing by the river. Cottage was great, clean, cool, and comfy. Thank goodness the trash containers are bear proof as we had a visitor (bear) try to get it open but failed. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Nice Retreat!

All was great at this little cabin. The only downside was that it was near the highway. The river sounds almost drowned out the sound, but not quite. Nobody's fault, and it was overall great. The Rocky Mountain Park was truly spectacular, and surrounding hikes were remarkable!

Perfect Riverside Property with Ideal Location

Our first visit to RMNP will be memorable in part due to this comfortably situated property in striking distance to Estes Park and RMNP's Bear Lake, Longs Peak, and Wild Basin regions. We were able to cook up simple breakfasts before heading out for a days worth of hiking and was a welcome retreat for evenings on the deck sitting riverside, relaxing, and enjoying beverages while recapping the spectacular RMNP experiences of the day. This simple, quaint, and rustic property was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Thank you Seashell for being part of such a memorable vacation :)

Beautiful, convenient location

This is a cozy mountain cottage in a great location. We made breakfast every morning and a couple of dinners and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. It was lovely sleeping with the window open and listening to the river outside. The neighbors were extremely friendly, giving my husband advice about where to catch fish in the river. As stated in other reviews, getting in and out is "mountain challenging" but we had no problems with our Toyota 4Runner. The uneven dirt driveway would probably be an issue for a car without ground clearance. The location was a perfect distance to Estes Park- far enough out of the city to get away from the madness of a busy weekend and relax and unwind, but close enough to be convenient.

This cabin was a nice place to stay for visiting Estes Park and RMNP. It was very clean and comfortable, and the host was quickly responsive to any questions or issues we had. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the river and watching birds. There were several cabins clustered closely together but we did not hear any noise from the other cabins. There was some road noise but mostly the sound of the river blocked that out. The street is a very narrow unpaved road that curves between 2 of the cabins, but even a large vehicle can get through. We saw elk by the street sign when leaving one day, and often there were elk on the road close to the cabin in the morning. The street is clearly marked with a street sign, but it is a tight turn off of highway 34 in front of some cabins that are very close to the street.

Thank you for your kind review! Our place is a very small 1920s cottage. We did not want to try to build closets into these rooms. We have hooks on the back of the door and previously had hangers on them but they disappeared just before your stay. We do hope that the dresser in each bedroom proved adequate for your clothing storage needs. Thank you for your stay!

We have a wonderful time at the cabin. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the creek.

Super easy booking online. Great on giving information about the upkeep and how everything works. It was such a relaxing time for our first family vacation in a couple of years. Close to town. We enjoyed mule deer coming down to our son fishing. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to relax!

Great hosts and awesome location!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the adorable little cabin. It felt like a remote cabin feeling but we were so close to the main are of Estes and to RMNP. The hosts were very communicative and helpful! They even gave suggestions of grocery stores and things to do. Really appreciated the hospitality!

Very intimate location close to a river. Sit on the deck and listen to the sound of cascading water. Make sure your vehicle is midsize or smaller because parking is tight.

Amazing stay

One of the cleanest properties I've stayed at. We loved waking up near the river with great coffee that our host left for our stay. Quick 10 minute drive into Estes Park and right near the RMNP. Janet (our host) went above & beyond to ensure the property was super clean and Covid-19 safe. We also had a super unique experience in that our cabin was evacuated due to closeby forest fires. Janet was so quick to text us and move us, free of charge to her bigger Cabin on the other side of Estes. She drove 2 hours at 6pm to get to the cabin, spent 2 hours cleaning for us to move in. You can get much better service than this! Thanks for a wonderful, memorable time! Tom

It was a pleasure helping out! Even though it was a voluntary evacuation, I was very worried about you. Thank you for keeping calm and being great guests! Both cabins were left in excellent condition. I was so nice to meet you and make sure your vacation was as good as possible!

River

Loved the river I would open the windows at night to listen to the sound. Saw an elk right across the river. Only complaint was that the one bed was way too hard. Other than that loved it.

Thank you for your kind review. The river is quite something! Thank you for leaving the cabin in excellent condition. You were a fine guest. As far as the hard bed, it is new and was quite expensive. Most people love it including I, but I have had one other guest that did not like it. Kind of like the three bears. So sorry!

Perfect Setting

Loved being right on the Big Thompson with a wonderful porch on which to sit and read and relax. A bit surprised by a September snow storm but it was so beautiful no one minded. Being so close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park is a plus. Comfortable for 3 adults with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place!

First time to the mountains.

This was our first time visiting the Rocky mountains and it won't be our last. The cabin was in a great location and everything was in nice working order.

We are so gad you had a good time! We are so close to everything but then the city lines we redrawn and our address went from Estes Park to Drake, even though we are 1.5 miles from the city limit. Thanks for letting everyone know how close we are and for leaving the place in great shape!

Cabin on the Big Thompson River.

Nice rustic cabin on river. Convenient to Estes Park and RMNP and short scenic hour drives to Boulder and Ft. Collins. Beds and amenities were nice. The emphasis on conserving water was a little concerning but not a problem as only evenings/overnight were spent at cabin. The sight and sound of river was relaxing for sitting on deck and sleeping but immediate access to the river catered more to adults rather than kids for fishing. The information was accurate. Anything larger than a Ford Explorer would not fit in drive and would be difficult to maneuver from highway to property and back.

I have always dreamed of owning a rental cottage. When I was a child, I used to stay in the deep woods of Northern Michigan. These were the fondest memories of my life. I always adored the historic rental cabins that I saw on my trip. Providing a unique, memorable accommodation to make your vacation even more special has been a lifelong goal of mine. We chose this beautiful location to buy a cabin as it was next to a large, rushing river and surrounded by towering Ponderosa Pines.

Our property is unique as there are not many original 1920's cottages left in the area. From the light fixtures the claw foot tub, you won't find another like it!
