Dit luxe Phillip Island vakantiehuis is gunstig gelegen op 150 meter van het centrum van Cowes en biedt comfort van de stad in een omgeving aan zee.

De smaakvol ingerichte woning met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers biedt een gastvrije uitstraling van het strandhuis, waardoor een mix van binnen- en buitenleven mogelijk is. Een slaapkamer en badkamer bevinden zich in een aangrenzende slaapplaats zoals te zien op de foto's. Een perfecte plek voor tieners of mensen die extra privacy nodig hebben.

Alle meubels zijn prachtig ingericht om de unieke stijl van deze eigenschap te passen. De moderne loungeruimte en de aparte Rumpus-kamers zijn beide voorzien van lederen lounges en 50 'plasma-tv's ..

Deze accommodatie biedt vele voordelen voor een comfortabel verblijf, zoals breedband Telstra, dineren in de buitenlucht, open haard en een groot terras aan de achterzijde.

Voor jong en jong van hart is er een grote aparte speelkamer met een pooltafel, een tafeltennistafel en een voetbaltafel ..

Lots of space!
We all enjoyed our stay. Kilani is an older house but very comfortable & spacious. The photos need updating as they don't do this place justice. It is bigger than it appears. We had three families stay with teenagers. The boys loved the pool table in the games shed. They also enjoyed staying in the 5th bedroom/large bungalow out the back. Short walk to shops and cafes. The kitchen was a bit small but well equiped with everything you would need to cater for larger groups. Hosts were easy to communicate with at all times. We will certainly stay again!

Perfect experience
Thank you for offering such a fabulous, spacious & well appointed property. We could walk everywhere which was terrific as we burnt off the Easter eggs! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we could ask for. Games room had us in stitches as the grandparents hula hooped! It was just what we needed for a long awaited family break.

The property was as described and in a great position, backing onto a primary school with an amazing playground. I was expecting a more upmarket house for the amount I paid but perhaps my expectations were too high. The house is older but well equipped. The children enjoyed the games room and the hosts were available and quick to respond to an issue with a hot water service.

Thoughtful and comfortable
9 Adults, 3 children, a toddler, a baby and one dog and we all had space and places to rest or play. There are so many thoughtful extras - labelled kitchen cupboards, nightlights, games shed, outside undercover bbq and eating area, easy walk to town, lovely walk to beach (or drive to numerous other beaches and places), close to playgrounds. Clean, fresh on arrival. We all loved it!

Cowes get away.
Lovely stay in Cowes. Everything provided ( apart from sheets and towels which we were told about before arriving). A cool house which had good air conditioning and fans , which made for a pleasant stay in the heat of summer.

Enough space for all 11 of us.
Great house in a fantastic location. This property is perfect for families with teens. Spacious with 2 living areas, (adult zone/kids zone). Games room kept the boys busy. The house is walking distance to main street, local school for basketball, football etc The home was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen, extra blankets and loads of wood for the fire. We stayed at this place during the Easter long weekend. Our group was a large group consisting of 12 people and two small dogs. The place was very spacious and we all had enough room to move about without feeling too cramped. The photos really don't do justice to the place. FIvi and Raymond were very quick with responding to all our queries. The location was a plus. Walking distance to the RSL, Cowes beach , beer tasting, Super markets etc. Would love to stay at Kilani beach house again if we do get another opportunity. Definitely worth checking this house which is full of character.

The pictures doesn't do this place justices. At first site the pictures makes me feel like the property on the old side. But once we got there and entered the house, the place was better than expected. Cleanliness, The property was really clean and nicely set up. Check-in It's a self check in process, we arrived at the property and the owner gave us clear instructions to enter the house, so it was really easy and hassle free. Communication Fivi & Raymond was really responsive, they reply to all my questions within an hour/the next day. they were really accommodating and flexible, I requested to check-in early and they were able to accommodate that. Location/Neighbourhood. The property was really close to town, it was within walking distance. We really enjoy the gaming room, it had all sorts of equipment's for us to use. It rained majority of the time that we stayed hence we used the gaming room alot. The kitchen was full equip, had a lot of difference spices, flour and other stuff. Only thing was missing for me was a blender so I could blend cocktails. (but that was alright I brought my own.) Beach house for the 4 single bed was located at the back of the property separate from the main house. It had it's own bathroom. Only thing is the toilet has a window which doesn't have blinds which freak me out a little at night. But overall it's a nice and spacious room. Thanks Fivi and Raymond for having us. It was a great family getaway.
