One of the Best Locations in Cabo

In addition to the great location, this is a direct beachfront unit. I've stayed in resorts throughout Cabo over the years. While the exterior is a bit dated, the interior is newly renovated and compares favorably to the best resorts in the area.

Cabo Condo

The facility is private, and we found this very attractive. Access to the beach was wonderful. The people working there were very accommodating. This may become an annual vacation event for us.

Beautiful condo and location

Beautiful place. 3 bedrooms make this a perfect family getaway. Condo was well stocked with outdoor items (cooler, pool floats) we spent all day at the pool. Location is right in the beach and a short walk to marina for restaurants and nightlife. Walt was helpful every step of the way.

Terrasol Relaxation

Amazing condo that is perhaps even better than advertised. View is incredible. Feels like you are away from it all but you are a short walk to everything. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and makes sure the place is perfect. If you can stay here you should.

Perfect Location in Cabo

We had an excellent time at this TerraSol property, we stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute of it. The location is minutes away from downtown, and all the food and entertainment you need. The property itself, is excellent, with 2 pools, and one has an swim up bar/restaurant. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pools and on the great patio of the condo. The unit is very spacious and set up just the way you need it. We will definitely be coming back and staying at TerraSol next time.

Quiet Cabo stay

This is a quiet, secluded location at Terrasol, away from the bustle of Cabo San Lucas. The marina and all the fun is but a short walk. We very much enjoyed the mostly empty pool and beach. Our early morning runs throughout the marina area were great. We felt very safe, the security friendly. This well appointed condo allowed us to dine in as we wished with ease. Helping launch sea turtles with some to be rescued from the pool was a treat. Thank you Walt and Jana for this great place!!

Fantastic!

From the first contact with Walt to our last day he and Jana were so helpful to answer all of our questions. We have been to Cabo San Lucas a number of times so we knew what we were looking for in a condo and this was it! We walked into town every evening for dinner. We walked to the marina one morning and caught a water taxi that ended up taking us on much more of a tour than we were expecting. Terrasol was so relaxing and we practically had the pool all to ourselves. The view is amazing as are the walks along the beach. The condo was stalked with everything we needed. We will definitely call Walt & Jana the next time we are headed down to Cabo.

Perfect stay for our Family!!

The condo was fantastic!! From the beach chairs to the decorations....everything made our stay comfortable and gave the feeling of a fun trip to Cabo. Our girls loved the pools (which we had pretty much to ourselves) and Mario's margaritas were very tasty at the swim up bar. The condo amenities (kids loved Alexa) were superb and the location to the marina was perfect. We visited the surrounding resorts and restaurants and were welcomed. If you are looking for a family condo that gives a safe/secure feeling for your family....this is it!! Steps to the sand and everything you will need in a kitchen and bathroom. We appreciated the staff at Terrasol and Walt's effort to make our trip memorable with tips and suggestions. Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect Vacation

Walt's place was absolutely beautiful!! Perfect location, gorgeous condo (pictures don't do it justice), great pools and ocean views. I would definitely stay here again. We saw Dolphins and Whales from the patio. Quiet yet very fun. Went for a friends 40th birthday...there was a 50th birthday party there as well. Pools were perfect for a group who wanted to hang out together with their own drinks yet not be pressured by the $10 drinks at many local resorts surrounding us. Swim up pool bar with great food yet you could bring your own drinks.....or grab one from the bar if you ran out. Can't get any better than this! 5 minute walk to Marina and very secure place. Love, love, love this place. Would give it 6 stars if possible!! And Walt was a great host, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

Great spot on the beach and near the marina

Walt is a great host and has an amazing 2 bedroom at TerraSol in Cabo. The unit is 5 minutes walking to the marina. We used as a base for fishing each day and the pool was a fanatasic spot after our busy mornings. The unit is on the bottom floor of a two level townhouse development. There is a view of the ocean, but we mostly hung out at one of the two very large pools or the beach. TerraSol is tucked between two larger developments, which seemed more like hotel/condo developments as they were busier. The unit itself was recently renovated and has a great kitchen and living area. Would definitely recommend. The restaurant on-site has a nice breakfast and drinks during the day. It closes down at 5:30 so you will most likely be having dinner in Cabo or the townhouse. As with a lot of Cabo, you can't swim in the ocean where TerraSol is located due to the strong currents. You can hike to Lover's beach, which is normally open to swimmers. It is a slightly ambitious hike as you need to climb over the rocks to get there. Highly recommend staying here.

Are you looking for relaxation, quiet - your home away from home?

A week of total relaxation and listening to the crashing waves, life cannot get much better. Walt was great to work with - answered emails quickly and was very attentive to my many questions prior to our arrival. Their home is so welcoming and has everything you need for your visit. It is very evident that they want their guests to be comfortable on their visit. We didn't cook while there - too many great restaurants - but if we had chose to cook, everything was there. Easy walk to the beach, pools and the restaurant at the pool was great for breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and grounds are very well maintained. Pride in ownership. I'm sorry I didn't write in your guest book but I was too busy! Having the Google phone was great, Alexa didn't like me which was too funny, having the laundry at the condo was really nice. The convenience to the Marina, great taxi service, the resorts on either side of the condo - you just can't ask for much more. I never thought I'd feel comfortable enough to leave my doors open all night but we did every night - the sound of the crashing waves................ We'll definitely book again - next time for 2 weeks due to the fact that it takes me a week to relax!!

Perfect Place to get away to peace and quite

We have enjoyed our stay here during low season and we were actually here for July 4th. It was nice that there were some fireworks too. Not huge, but nice to see over the marina. This 2 bedroom is nice and roomy for a couple or two and would be great with a couple of kiddos too. Everything you need is pretty much here already if you like to stay in and cook for yourselves as well. We really found the Google phone handy and we were able to turn our cell phones off the whole week. The internet works fine in general. I could even watch Youtube video's without issues. If your kids are into heavy online streaming gaming then this could be a place to get them away from it hopefully.. We walked to the Marina every evening getting early starts and beating the dinner crowds. Read through the book in the condo here for some great tips of the area. They've done a great job putting it together for you. The pools here are nice and kept clean. The loungers are fine with a few umbrellas as well. It's right down at the beach and you can walk right over and watch the waves crashing in. Yes, Crashing! They can be heard all the time gently in the background. But that's what your here for.. Enjoy your stay :-)

All the amenities of home!

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded 3 bedroom condo that the Lane family offers on VRBO. We had all of the modern amenities of home. Being on the beach is a must while in paradise… No disappointments here!

Perfect Amazing condo!

First, let me tell you about the condo. The location is right in front of the ocean with beautiful sunset. The condo has everything you need. All the kitchen utensils, towels, pool toys, a huge TV, anything you can think of necessary, it's there. The bathrooms are all clean with cool lighting, each room has AC. Downtown is very close, we could walk to the restaurants and stores. Also, the owner Walt is very responsive, thoughtful (the condo will show you how thoughtful he is), meticulous person. The information he gave us before the trip was very helpful. It was a loooooooooong email, but if you carefully read it, it has all the tips at the airport, year round weather info, taxi/uber info.... If you wanna know something, it will be in his email or the folder he has at the condo. Thanks for Walt, We had a great time in Cabo, and we will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This condo is spacious, modern with a large balcony that overlooks the ocean. You are literally 30 seconds away from two different pools and an outdoor restaurant.

Great Quiet Place

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and the third in this complex. We enjoy the pools, the palapa, and the quiet, relaxed environment. Walking distance to the marina and lots of other attractions.

Loved The Property!

Our stay here was wonderful!! Would highly recommend staying at this location. Close to marina, we walked back and forth several times a day. Never felt unsafe day or night walking back to condo.
