We spent the whole month of September enjoying the beach, the pool, and the Gym! We have been going to PCB for 4 years and stayed at a number of places, and we like SunRise Beach Resort best. We have stayed at the Wyndham next door but the vibe at SunRise is better and the parking is way better not running back and forth across the street. It is nice to park your car on level 1.5 a get your beach stuff out as you walk out to the beach, we had Chair Service and that was an awesome perk, didn't need to lug chairs and umbrella in and out. Beach Service helps to keep your condo clean by not dragging sand in. The Hot Tub was hot, and we enjoyed it a lot. The pools are clean and they test the water twice a day. The Balcony is great, I drank my morning coffee there listening to the waves and looking out over crystal clear emerald waters. Our host was very responsive to any inquiry. The beach is great there if you go to the right from the Chair Vendor the sand bar is shallower to the left it is deeper. We plan on returning for another long stay, it was wonderful.

The condo itself was clean and the views were great. The hot tub didn’t work the entire trip which was one of the reasons we choose this one over another condo so that was sad.

Perfect Location

Great location to all the sites that PCB has to offer. It was close to Pier Park and walking distance to a lot if good restaurants. Place was great for a quick getaway. Property manager was great.

Happy snowbird!

Sunrise Beach is a wonderful property with all the amenities anyone would need. It’s well cared for and the location was great. The extra large balconies were especially appreciated.

Perfect getaway

We were able to stay here in the last week of June. The property was wonderful, very clean, spacious! The owner was great with communication, but wouldn’t communication through Vrbo. We made lots of memories!

Very nice place, location is perfect.

My wife and I had a great stay, a little cooler then we hoped. Very comfortable condo, everything was as advertised . We went during athe beginning of spring break, never saw any trouble once so ever. Nice familily orientated place.

Great stay!

Judy was very responsive and great to deal with. Loved the property. Pool and hot tub were great since a lot of times we couldn’t go into the ocean. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved the view and balcony!

Love this place

Outside floor areas needed to be cleaned. Room was good. Had just about everything you needed. We have stayed at sunrise several times and like the location.

Beautiful, clean condo!

This is our third time staying here. We love staying in this condo and enjoy large balcony, the view and the two large swimming pools. Condo is beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. Thank you for the wonderful memories made. Can’t wait to stay again.

Overall pretty good!!

The location was amazing. Property manager was very easy to deal with and the amenities were amazing at the resort. The condo was clean upon arriving. Only downside I could find is that I do wish they would leave more toilet paper and trash bags but overall a great stay. Will be back!!

Wonderful!!!

Even our kids would like to make this condo our regular go-to for our beach trips. Walking distance to several stores, restaurants and even a Starbucks if that is something your enjoy. A quick trip down the elevator and youre at the beach. There was always an emplyee availble to ask questions and they always had a smile. Communication was good too. Looking forward to future memories.

Great place

We had a great stay. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice and clean. We did have to go buy beach chairs because there was only one and we had a large group, but not a big deal. Just plan on bringing your own. The master bed was comfortable. The others were just ok. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few dinners in the room. The location was great, as we were able to walk to several good restaurants, ice cream/donuts, and putt putt. We would stay here again!

Adult getaway

2nd time we have stayed at Sunrise, first time in this condo. We love it. Highly recommend. Master bed is a little noisy getting in and out of. Had issue with hot water but it was addressed the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view, nice condo!

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our week. The unit is on the 9th floor, which is really only the 4th floor of condos. The elevators were not bad (after the Saturday check in rush) like some high rise buildings. The pool area was very nice & the beach was clean. This unit included chairs & an umbrella on the beach, which was very nice.
