This place was perfect for our time in Santa Barbara. So easy to walk to harbor and restaurants.

We entered the unit but decided not to stay due to the ongoing heat wave and no A/C in the unit. The interior was 80 degrees and not likely to cool off much overnight. The place looked very nice and we would have really enjoyed it if the temperature was better, but I can't recommend it for summer or early Fall stays.

This condo is one of many that all appear to be rentals. It has a parking lot view and is at the back entry gate in the complex. Pluses: off-street parking, easy check-in and out, well-equipped kitchen and beach chairs were appreciated. Suggest installing a low-flow shower head to conserve water and diminish blast.

Beautiful flat in Santa Barbara . Well equipped ,great kitchen with excellent appliances including a nice grill on the patio. The bed was very comfortable in the bathroom was very spacious and beautiful. Love the location and great parking would definitely come back and stay at this property. The neighborhood was very peaceful and easy to get around by foot.

The unit was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara. Off street parking and a well appointed kitchen made our stay easy. We would book again.

Well located - very clean and well provisioned- lot of towels and a well stocked kitchen- very nice bathroom. The unit is just off the parking lot so we suspect it could be noisy when full and busy (it was not when we were there). There is also no AC which also was not a problem for us as it was cool but the apartment is a little stuffy unless you open the doors and windows which give out onto the parking lot or public halls. Neither of these were issues with our stays but could be in the warmer months with a lot of neighbors. It was fine for our purposes- walkable the beach. There is a small lockbox with very small numbers in a very dimly lit hall for the key at self check in - as a couple of a certain age it was hard to ascertain the numbers on the lock box. The key opens the lock in the doorknob which we initially missed due to the lighting NOT the more obvious deadbolt. You'll need your phone flashlight. Management is very responsive to inquiries or questions.
