Making the best of a bad situation
Overall the management company was easy to work with. Easy to book.
The Complex has issues with several areas. The elevators are very bad you could be standing and waiting for up to 20-30 minutes. They use a beach chair company that takes all of the beach front for their customers and you are directed off to the side. They have hundreds of chairs not rented but control the beach area. What beach do we get with the rental of your unit? The pool was clean and was well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool. This unit had the majority of the problems. First the code did not work on the door. Was able to get another one. The unit is not clean. the floors are so dirty we had to wear shoes in the condo. The furniture has so much sand in it that we had to put sheets over the furniture to sit on it. The smoke alarm chirped for days. We replaced the battery to get piece. The kitchen is not equipped. There are no pots and pans. Not enough silverware for a family of five. We had to share forks. The stove handle is coming off and the cook tops smoked when we tried to use it. Turned it off and did not use it again. No soap in the unit. We had to buy our own. Then there was the TV.!!! OMG When we tried to get it on the only thing I could get was Netflix. But the speakers on the TV are broken so you can not hear the sound. The internet is so slow the movie we tried was buffing every few minutes. So no TV for 5 days with three kids. We decided to leave early. This was the only vacation we can afford this year and it was a mess.
