The condo is centrally located on the Isla Verde Beachfront next to the Water and Beach Club hotel. If your group is looking to stay on the beach, bingo! It's just 5 minutes from the airport, on the beach, safe, walking friendly to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, 24hr casinos, Walgreens, 10 minutes from Old San Juan and La Placita, 30 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and the Bio Bay and a 5-minute walk to the most popular nightlife at El San Juan hotel.

I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a long message which includes all the important check in instructions, condo rules, hours and most importantly; my local restaurant recommendations.
