Art House is a very unique home featuring art work in every room in the home. The art work by high school students and local artists. Guests are able to purchase artwork if they wish and proceeds from the sales will go toward a scholarship fund supporting high school art students aspiring to go to college to further education and their love of art. This home is within walking distance to the Silos, Baylor, McLane Stadium, restaurants and many other locations downtown. If traveling with a larger group than this home allows, there are two other homes next door, Simplicity House (1661305) and soon to come Serenity House, which can also be rented together with this home. Please check for availability.

The house layout was great for 4 couples. Everyone appreciated the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bath. There was even a 5th 1/2 bath for guests.

Very Intentional
Every square inch is very intentionally and very impressively designed. It has an art theme, which works well with the location. The walk to Magnolia Silos is very easy even with a two year old. The house is full of little touches that indicate that very careful attention was paid to the minutia of the guest experience.

Girls Trip
Gorgeous property! Beautifully decorate! Each room filled with unique artwork and each bedroom perfectly put together. The bedrooms were cozy and relaxing, the house itself immaculate with options to bring food in or cook and watch a movie. Definitely would like to stay again!!!

Great stay at the Art House!
We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was in great condition and very well decorated with local artist paintings and sketches throughout. The house host was super friendly, and had great communication and made it very clear she was there to assist if we needed. Will absolutely be here again!

I was once a pro soccer player and after soccer, I found myself being drawn toward real estate and hospitality. Very strange, since I studied neither during my years at North Carolina State University, in Raleigh, NC. I also love the idea of beautifying the neighborhood by fixing up this home and the two other homes next door, creating comfortable, relaxing home away from home strays for guests during their visits to Waco.

I absolutely love bringing homes back to life. I saw this house as not only a challenge but also an opportunity to start the process of fixing up this once thriving neighborhood, one house at a time. This one hundred year old home had some wonderful character that we were able to save a little bit of. With a mix of old and new character, we were able to revive this once beautiful home.
