Wij heten u welkom in onze boerderij stijl huis gelegen in de kwantitatieve buitenwijken van Pawhuska. We willen dat je de ultieme "pioniervrouw" -ervaring hebt en je meteen thuis voelt aan de grens tijdens je bezoek.

We hebben ruimte voor maximaal 7 gasten met 3 queensize bedden. Meer dan 1700 m² woonruimte met een open concept woonkamer, keuken en eetkamer. Geniet van onze rustige achtertuin ingericht met een tafel en stoelen. Ons hele huis is gezinsvriendelijk, klaar voor gasten en uw volgende meidenreis.

De hele woning is beschikbaar tijdens uw verblijf. We hebben de toegang tot de garage uitgesloten. Geniet tijdens uw verblijf van de voorzieningen in de achtertuin.

Op slechts 5 minuten van de pionier mercantile kunt u uw tijd maximaliseren genieten van alles dat Pawhuska te bieden heeft. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de straat in een wijk op slechts een minuut van snelweg 60. Parkeer uw voertuigen onder onze overdekte carport.

We zijn bereid om u te helpen met eventuele behoeften of voorkeuren die u heeft. Neem gerust contact met ons op zodra uw verblijf is geboekt. We bieden zelf inchecken zodat u op uw gemak kunt aankomen.

Left us stranded
Upon arrival, we noticed a truck out front and a light on inside. I was hoping it was just a lamp left on. We also noticed a TV on in the garage, but upon further reading, I believe that was where the host was staying. I had not received anything from the host regarding check-in information, just emails from VRBO about my upcoming stay. I messaged Marick to see what the code was. After not getting a response, I tried to call the phone number listed and did not get an answer. I also rang the Ring doorbell with no response. I finally got a message back with the code and check-in information, but the code was not working. I went back to our messages to see if there was a trick and that's when I saw "CANCELLED" at the top. The host had already gone in and canceled my reservation and issued a refund before ever trying to communicate with me. He told me he had double-booked for the night and had issued a refund. He did not offer any more help or suggestions and left a pregnant lady and 2 of her friends without a place to stay at 10 o'clock at night. It's not like there are a lot of options in Pawhuska, so it was rather stressful trying to find a place the night of. I have tried to contact Marick again to see if he can make this right, but he has ignored me again. Needless to say, I would not recommend staying here unless you have a backup plan or want to sleep in your car 🙃

Pioneer Woman Mercantile Visit
We came to Pawhuska to visit the Mercantile and the Lodge of the Pioneer Woman. I booked this property to be close to downtown and easy access what Pawhuska offered. My only real complaint was communication with the property manager was difficult and had to contact VRBO in order to make contact and gain access to the property. She did help me after I left my backpack behind and had it shipped home to me.

Great stay for a girl’s trip
This house was perfect for our weekend birthday girls trip! It was super clean and spacious, the beds were comfy enough, and water pressure was good with a HOT shower. Love the open floor plan downstairs and the patio out back. Only thing I’d recommend is bringing a couple larger serving bowls if you plan on cooking. There really wasn’t any of those, but plenty of other dishes and skillets. The house is only about 5 min to drive to Pioneer Woman’s Mercantile or 30ish minutes if you want to walk. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful stay!

Great location, price We went to have dinner at the Mercantile and ended up being able visit the lodge also. The Ben Johnson Memorial Ranch rodeo was going on at the time, this was a wonderful local event.

This location was lovely. As advertised, it is a short distance from The Mercantile. Easy access to Pawhuska and surrounding areas. The house was neat, clean and wonderfully decorated. The host was gracious when we needed to communicate for access information. A constructive comment would be to add an outlet in the second bathroom. If it was there, we didn't find it. Otherwise the house was great and we enjoyed our time there. Thanks!!

Beware
When we arrived to our destination we walk In and there were two large bags of clean towels on the floor went upstairs no beds were made everywhere needed vacuumed bathrooms were dirty. It was obvious that no one had cleaned since the last guests. We called and spoke with the person we booked it from. She said she would call the cleaning lady and call me back. I got a call from a gentleman that apologized and that he would take the cleaning fee off of our room. The cleaning fee was $50 but we got $42 credited. ?? We waited outside for 2 hours while she cleaned. From then on our trip was fine. Make sure your room/ house has been cleaned. We wasted a lot of time.
