Host very welcoming. He was clear and helpful with all information needed for our stay. Condo is SO nice! Just the perfect amount of space for us. Great view of the ocean from the deck and the breakfast rooms. And from the loft ! The CJF Villas are in a central location on the island Convenient to everything. We had a great week!

Wonderful, as always

We have been going to Fripp Island for almost 30 years now and have stayed at this condo for the last 10+ years. The location and view are perfect with easy access to the beach. The condo is clean and full of anything we needed including a baby gate and pack n play which was so helpful. Dennis is easy to communicate with and the check in/out process was simple. We will certainly be back!

Great Place to Stay at Beautiful Fripp

The spacious villa has a wonderful view of the Ocean and was such as nice place to stay with my family. Definitely recommend and the owner was easy and great to deal with!

Fantastic property!

We stayed here and had a wonderful time! The location is terrific and you can't beat the view from the deck. The property has recently been updated and looks modern with the updated showers and floors. Plenty of room if we had wanted to bring our kids. Dennis was great with communication and was very responsive with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We loved the location of the condo. Even though the condo could use some updating it was very clean. We loved the easy access to the beach and the close proximity to the food court and other amenities on Fripp! Would definitely stay here again. The owner was also very responsive.

Needs Improvement

The Captain John Fripp Villas are the ideal location on Fripp, so the villa could not be better situated. The deck is a great size with plenty of furniture and the deer did not disappoint. The Unit however is badly outdated and unclean. In particular the kitchen, bedding, pillows, carpet and couches were all filthy. Very disappointing especially with young children. The kitchen has some new appliances and the baths have had some updating, but rest of the units needs a serious update. We will not be coming back unless the rest of this unit receives a renovation and the furnishings are replaced.

Great stay!!

We enjoyed the ease and location of this property. The beach is minutes away and you can see it from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy. Communication with Dennis was very helpful. We definitely will return!!

We have always enjoyed our stay at Fripp Island but this property needed to be fully renovated to attract further guest! We did enjoy the area, food and weather during our stay.

Amazing sunrise views and location

The location couldn’t be better right off the ocean with great views of the sun rising over the ocean. The place is very spacious, well stocked and the host is awesome. There are definitely things that need updating and could be cleaner, like the carpet, but for the price it was perfect for our family!

Perfect Location and Layout!

This was just the right condo for our Thanksgiving stay on Fripp. The beach is just steps away and the Beach Club is right next door. The beds are very comfortable, the entire condo is well furnished, and the owner is friendly and helpful. A+ Rating.

Quick Trip to Fripp

My family had a great stay at Fripp Four Ever. The location is great in the villas for a quick walk to the beach and wonderful view from the deck. The owner is wonderful and very helpful with great communication.

John Fripp Villa #114

Property is very close to the beach, but bring a wagon to haul your chairs, coolers, etc. The villa needs updating except for the 2 master bathrooms. The cleaning service is not doing a good job cleaning between guests. The owner is very good to work with!

Wonderful Stay Jan 01 - Jan 04 2020

Our grandson graduated from Parris Island & we were so very lucky to have found Dennis' Villa. Dennis was very accommodating & answered all our questions. We had family come three different states & it was perfect for the mini reunion of ten. The villa had everything you needed. Listening to the waves and seeing the amount of deer from the balcony was amazing. The only downfall because of the season there were no restaurants close by that were open. I would highly recommend that you stay here to see for yourself.

Lovely vacation destination!

The island itself is amazing and peaceful, especially during the off season (less crowded). The condo itself is older But with a little updating and/or deep cleaning, it would be a perfect place (but please understand that the price is less than other renovated condos...if the owner updates, the price would go up 😊) Plenty of room for two families with a lovely porch and view. The beds were comfortable and room sizes were nice. Three bathrooms is a plus! Owner was extremely nice and accommodating and that in of itself is a big plus in my opinion. We will definitely be back in the future as we loved every second of our vacation!! Thank you, Dennis!

Great location, needs update

The location of this property is what makes it ok. However, the inside of the condo is desperately overdue for work. Worn furniture, cracked microwave, stained carpet, dirt hanging from bathroom vents, paint peeling from ceiling water damage, green/yellow original bathrooms with mold in showers. These are facts about the property I wish prior reviews had listed so I could have made an informed decision. The resort and area is beautiful but I would probably choose a better condo next time.

Fripp Island

Dennis is a wonderful host and we enjoyed our time at his Fripp Island home. The home is located close to the beach club and a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again next year.
