15 minuten lopen naar Broadway en alle winkels, restaurants en bioscopen.

15 minuten rijden naar Track of neem een snelle Uber daar.

15 minuten rijden naar Saratoga State Park met golf, zwembaden, mineraal- en massagekuuroorden, wandel- en fietspaden.

15 min. Rijden naar Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) - rockconcerten, ballet, opera, klassieke concerten, volksmuziek, jazzmuziekweekend ... prachtige locatie!

20 minuten rijden naar Ballston Spa, waar antiek winkelen in overvloed aanwezig is. Geweldige lunchplekken. Next Door Cafe is uitstekend voor het diner.

20 min. Rijden naar Saratoga Lake en de Kayak Shack. Huur kajaks en peddel de rivier op of af. Geweldig voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen.

20 minuten rijden naar de Racino. Gok op de slots, kaarten, roulettetafels. Vapor nachtclub is ook hier.

Lake George is een geweldige dagtocht naar het noorden. Outletwinkels, strand, wandelen, winkelen, minigolf, arcades, boottochten, restaurants.

Kan de zomer niet verslaan in Saratoga - 2020!

Saratoga Smiles
It was very clean and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is very close to the main area of Broadway Street where all the shops and restaurants are. We still Ubered everywhere as it was extremely hot and humid. Lydia was very kind and responsive to any questions we had.

Location of the property was great for walking into town for shops and restaurants and large garage was a nice plus for parking. Coffee shop and market were also a short walk away. The house was clean and well furnished. We suggest a new mattress in the bedroom we slept in as it sagged in the middle which made it uncomfortable for 2 people.

Lydia's cottage was perfect for our first stay in Saratoga Springs. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with host was great. She gave us lots of suggestions around town, was prompt in responding, and assisted when we thought we had left something. A short walk to downtown in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Mid- Century Dream
We loved the mid century furnishings in Lydia's Cottage. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. We liked walking though the Beekman Street Arts District on our way downtown. My 3 year old nephew enjoyed the playground. We hope to stay again.

The house was exactly as called out in VRBO, great location with a very responsive host, very clean and well decorated. There was a very moist smell in the house each time we entered. The yard was not cut, not allowing us to bring over friends small children. The host requested we do a bit of cleaning prior to leaving, that was a bit shocking knowing we paid a cleaning fee. Would recommend the host house directions be put in a more positive spin.

Amazing location for children, teens and adults!

Our stay was wonderful and the house was located near downtown with lots of other walking areas near the house. The owner provided great food recommendations. If you are planning to prepare your own food the stove -oven was amazing. Fairly certain it is brand new. Highly recommend renting this house.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

Set in a sweet little residential community dowtown Saratoga, the Cottage is located a short distance to Broadway (3 blocks away!) restaurants, shopping, bars, Congress Park, historical buildings (Canfield Casino). 5 minute walk to Beekman Street, known as the “Art District,” and it’s restaurants, shops, and bars. The Cottage with enclosed lawn and porch is a lovely space to relax. Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Track and Casino are a quick drive or Uber/Lift.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

The Cottage is located on a corner lot and the house is set back. Neighbors and passersby cannot look directly in on 3 sides. This provides a wonderful sense of privacy and quiet.

Public parking is not allowed directly in front of house or along one side street….another level of privacy.

Large lawn and gardens wrap in front of home and along side one side…. affording a lovely sense of space.

New walnut floors in living room and dining room. Upgrade appliances. Modern decor. Kept very clean.
