This large family holiday-home incorporates the use of timber, concrete and Colorbond to give a cozy and rural feel. On entry to the home you are greeted with a large open plan living area featuring polished concrete floors, raised timber lined ceiling and an impressive modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully appointed and will allow you to cook meals in-house for all your family and guests. There is a 900mm DeLonghi oven, gas hotplate and range hood, as well as coffee machine and all the usual kitchen utensils.
The kitchen, family and dining area receive northern light through highlight windows and large north facing windows. Enjoy a glass of wine next to the large fireplace in the main living area, or retreat to the outdoor living area in the warmer summer months. Double glass sliding doors open to the alfresco which features a gas BBQ, outdoor lounge area that adds to the homely feel of this rural retreat.
The master suite is very large and provides enough space in a large walk-in robe to fit all your holiday essentials. The ensuite features a full-length double vanity, shower and W/C with windows taking in the tranquil surrounds. Next to the master room is a smaller bunk room, perfect for the kids.
On the other side of the house to the master, there are three generous bedrooms all with queen beds and built-in robes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and enjoy different aspects of the rural outlooks through large windows.
The main bathroom is tucked away within easy access of the main living area and bedrooms, the huge bathroom also includes a separate bath. The laundry is well appointed with lots of workable bench space, under bench cupboards and built-in linen.
A recently renovated garage is now a large spacious games room complete with huge smart TV & table tennis table. Relax on the beautiful comfy sofas and cheer your winners!
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
