Rental home

The house was very nice and comfortable. We did have some problems that took way too long to resolve. We paid for a heated pool but were not able to use it until the 4th day of our 6 day stay. The maintenance guy who came was more interested in arguing with me than fixing it. It took 5 phone calls to finally get it fixed. We didn't have the use of a high chair which we paid for until the 2nd day. The drive in security gate worked off and on for our entire 6 day stay. We usually ended up driving across the road to an occupied security shack who would enter our phones into the system but the QR code still wouldn't open our gate. We have no complaints on the house but management and maintenance was very poor.

Great property

We found the home to be very comfortable and well designed for everyone to have their own space. Couple small maintenance issues that were addressed right away. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and hope to return. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
