Treat yourself to a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom 2 bath home in a well-established and safe neighborhood only 3-5 minutes from Texas Tech. This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features four new queen bed sets, high quality couches, a 55-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles, so you'll have plenty of space to park.

Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains two queen beds. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds in them. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well USB/wireless charging bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.

The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling.

The dining area has a 10-foot table with enough seating for guests and friends to stop by.

The bathrooms are clean updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.

The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. The covered back patio is huge and features seating for 8, a propane grill, and plenty of shade. Parking in the front has plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles and there is always free parking available on the street. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood.

This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine n of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Oakland Ridge is located in the Maedgen neighborhood which is a safe, well established neighborhood located 2 miles South of Texas Tech University and one block from a local park. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away), dining, and entertainment. This home is a 5 minute drive to the west side of TTU campus.

The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (Highway 62/82), Loop 289, Quaker Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
