Great communication with the host. Beautiful property. Went in late May & weather was beautiful & beach was not busy at all! Condo was stocked well with spare beach towels & blankets, even leftover tide pods & dishwasher pods! Walking distance to SO many restaurants & shops. LOVED the small town feel of Indian Rocks Beach. Would love to come back!

The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything we needed was available in the condo and the view and location were amazing. Short walk to many restaurants and shops.

Amazing communication with owner, amazing gulf views and just as importantly, quiet and private unit. We frequent IRB because of family in the area and this one is worthy of repeat visits.

The condo was very well stocked and clean. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The location is great for walking to restaurants and watching sunsets from the balcony. It is good to be fowarned that there is no elevator and quite a few steps.Proximity to the beach is great.

Winter brake

We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony with a perfect view of the Gulf of America. Great location! Just steps away from the beach and excellent local restaurants.

Everything We Needed!

The condo was just what my friends and I needed for a week on the beach! The view was amazing, and the direct access to the ocean was used daily. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. I would stay here again!

Loved our stay in this cute condo.

Our vacation was perfect. The condo is beautiful with everything we needed! The beach was gorgeous. We saw dolphins every morning! The town was a place I can see myself retiring at! Great food and entertainment all within walking distance! Thank you!

50th Anniversary

Everything about our stay worked out better than we even expected. It was wonderful. The sunsets were beautiful and the location was perfect for getting around to the different restaurants that we enjoyed and Scott was very responsive when I had a couple questions anyone who visits this unit will be very pleased as we were.

Wonderful IRB gulf-front property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Days! The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location with restaurants in walking distance. The only negative thing was the shower heads; either a poor design or low pressure made washing our hair challenging though this was a minor issue. We would definitely stay again when in the area which we visit several times per year.

Awesome Place

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome! Within walking distance of really good restaurants and in a very nice area. Had chairs and beach supply's as well in the storage area. Commutation was easy and very quick with the owners as well.

Perfect location

We were looking for a place that was short walk to restaurants overlooking the beach. This property was just what we were looking for. Lots of dining options! CVS also within walking distance for quick, last minute items we needed. Quiet condo and peaceful beach. Beach equipment and chairs in the ground floor closet were great. Would definitely book again!

Happy place

We are from Tampa and rent often in both Indian Shores and Indian Rocks. Love the size and proximity of this condo to great restaurants and shops. Scott was very responsive to my questions and was a great host. My family had a great time. Thank you for sharing your place!

Very nice stay. Had a great time!

We had a great stay at Marquise 204 Beachfront. It's in a great location and the ocean views were very nice. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The condo itself is in great shape with all modern appliances. It's truly a very nice place to stay. Located in a great area plenty of things to do within walking distances. We will defiantly go back. The ownership (Scott) was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Beautiful Condo and ocean view

The condo was immaculate it was beautiful! The view of the ocean was beautiful! We enjoyed our week. Mr. DeMuesy was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The beach was a lot busier than I was hoping for, but it was July. Would love to go during the off season.
