This Beach House is fully air-conditioned, and has everything you could want for a weekend or longer stay.

This South Coast Beach House consists of 4 bedrooms, the main and has a Queen bed and Ensuite bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a Double bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. The maximum number of persons that can stay is 8.

The house is just perfect for families or couples as it has two living areas, they both have large screen TV’s.

Also included are DVD’s, a PlayStation with games, DVD player with lots of movies, and an iPod docking station so you can bring your own music.

All quality linen is included in the cost, towels, sheets, blankets, Doonas, tea towels etc. So you just need to bring yourselves and sit back and relax.

All beds will be already made up for you so you can maximise your time to enjoy this fanatastic Beach House.

Very comfortable for family members ranging from 15-75yo
Gorgeous home which was super comfortable and conveniently located in walking distance to Marina. This is where you’ll find Woolworths and other conveniences like bakery, pharmacy, cafes, the tavern and the best donuts ever! There are no bedrooms downstairs so it wouldn't suit older people but there was plenty of space for our teens up to younger grandparents. The bed linen was good quality and the place was clean. It’s worth knowing that you are expected to clean before you leave. Not bathrooms (thankfully) but you need to sweep, wash dishes and pack everything away, clean counters, etc. A bit more than we normally have to do. I would recommend it regardless.

Great space
The house was perfect. For us the multiple living areas was great. The agent was very responsive. Really close walk to the marina and quick drive to beach.

Quality house in a great location
Thought it was a bit expensive when we booked but I’m happy to say it was value for money. It’s in great location - easy walking distance to shell cove marina. There were some minor things that need fixing like chipped plates that need replacing, squeaky toilet door in the ensuite & a coffee machine that didn’t work but as I say - minor things. On the balance- very happy & will likely book again next year.

Great spot
The house was great, plenty of space and very nice place to be. Could do with some fresh bowls and a couple of new TVs for such a nice house. NIce and close to the new marina which was a great spot for a drink or breakfast. Also close the the new supermarket. A very easy and enjoyable experience for us.
