Nice but needs updating
Overall, the condo was good however, there were a few issues. The dishwasher overflowed both times I tried to use. Ended up washing by hand when needed. I didn't call the because I did not want to be tied down waiting for a repair nor did I want strangers in the condo while our personal belongings were around and I was gone. I left a note above the dishwasher to let them know that there is a problem.
Our flight arrived in the morning and availability was not until 4:00pm. I called the management company to find out if it was available early and was told that once the Supervisor signed off, we could get in and they would call me then. We had a 23 month old and a 3 yr old that had no naps so it was very trying to say the least. I finally went to the condo at 3:45 since I had not received a call. I had the code to enter the condo and decided to see what had been done.
The code worked; no one was there and the condo was clean. No one ever called me to let me know it was available. I have not had this issue in the past with VRBO. If the unit was available earlier in the day, there were no issues gaining access early. I have a suspicion that the answer given me each time I called was a "canned answer" in order to soften a refusal to enter early. If so, I would appreciate an honest answer instead of a run-around.
Other than the dishwasher, all other appliances worked. The kitchen had the basics; the top bunkbed had a slat that was taped together in the middle repairing the broken wood. Do not put a heavy person on the top bunk! I loved the screened balcony!
