We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. You have arrived at your personal vacation getaway where you can swim in the private heated pool, fish off the dock. Soaring vaulted ceilings over the Great Room adds a lofty feel to this living area while you are enjoying the 70" television with dining and kitchen area nearby. The open floor plan is so conducive for all of your wants and needs here!
Imagine pop corn and family movie night, game nights and just catching up on the days activities!! A wall of sliding glass doors look out to the canal and provide access to the upper deck with outdoor dining overlooking the pool, accompanied with a flat screen television. On each side of this are 4 bedrooms, including 2 King Masters.
Plenty of room and space to gather or find that nook to just grab a book and enjoy some solitude!

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party
