- Landscapers come this property every other Wednesday around 2pm. They will not enter the home. If you would like them to not visit during your stay, please contact Two Casitas.
- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.
- This home's driveway is a shared easement. All parking rules must be respected and followed closely.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors.
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed.
- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
