Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Pros: - Solid location near Eagle lodge. - Two parking spaces included. Cons: - Kitchen did not feel adequately cleaned (i.e. old food scraps in refrigerator) - Bedding was older & mattress was uncomfortable. - Wood for fireplace too wet to properly light in wood burning stove.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and cozy condo in a nice location. The walk to Eagle is slightly uphill so the shuttle stop right outside the door was great. The walk back to the condo (going slightly downhill) was much easier. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was easy to access. Very comfortable for a family of four. We had a light that wasn't working and the property manager responded very quickly to fix the issue.

The condo was clean with a nice layout, but dated. The bed in the master was pretty firm.

Simple convenient condo, close to Eagle!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summit 234 is a very basic but convenient condo within a short drive or walk to Eagle Lodge. The condo has all you need for a small family/couple to spend a few days with easy access to Mammoth Mt. Basic kitchen necessities and bedding provided, covered parking, although the condo is definitely in need of some updating (peeling paint, stains etc) it is very clean. This condo could jump up significantly with just a few minor improvements but for what we need for a ski getaway as a family with kids and a pup, it works out great.

Perfect for a family of 4 with a dog

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is not super fancy but the sleeping arrangements were great. My husband has a bad back so he needs to switch around throughout the night. He had the option of a recliner, the comfortable couch, and the comfortable bed. We also appreciated that there was a an extra bathroom at the sauna which helped when all four us needed to get up and going in the morning. Having a kitchen was perfect since all of the restaurants were so crowded and the kids were STARVING after a long day on the slopes. So, not fancy, but met all of our needs (and we have lots of needs). ;)
