Welcome to "Wine Down 30A!" This newly renovated beach home is in the heart of beautiful Seacrest Beach North! Seacrest Beach North is located several hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico and just North of 30A. It sits just between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Wine Down 30A is only minutes from the resort-style community pool and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Seacrest Beach North Town Center.

This home was renovated spring of 2021! The 1st level of this home boasts an open-concept kitchen/family room and one of the home's twos master suites! The first-floor master suite is complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, making it the perfect room choice for the family members in the group who aren't a fan of going up the stairs. Moving up to the 2nd floor of the home, you are greeted by 3 additional bedrooms, so everyone in the family has room to spread out. On this level, you will find yet another Master Suite complete with a King bed, a full bathroom, and access to a small private balcony. There are also 2 additional guest bedrooms.
