Overlooking the lagoon and golf course, the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation meals. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon, a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, and a chic side chair.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a spacious en suite bathroom with his-and-hers vanities and a gorgeous, tiled shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity. The final bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

In addition to the private balcony off the master bedroom, the villa also has a first-floor deck. This deck showcases uninterrupted views of the beautiful lagoon and has bistro table with seating for two. A lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or sip a cocktail, guests will surely enjoy spending time on the deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
