Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms, nearly 3,700 square feet of living space, proximity to the beach, and expansive lagoon views. The home is a quick 2-minute walk to the beach.

When you enter the main living space, you will immediately notice the high ceilings and large picture windows showcasing views of the lagoon. The living area, a perfect place for gathering, offers an L-shaped sofa, stylish accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV. The living area flows into the dining room with seating for six. Additional dining space for six can be found on the screened porch. The breakfast bar also offers seating for three. Enjoy preparing your vacation meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinetry, a gas range, and a bar area with a wine cooler. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find an additional living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and wall-mounted TV.

You will find three of the home’s bedrooms on the main floor. A lovely coastal retreat, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms, complete the first floor. Ascend the staircase to find the final bedroom with two full beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. An excellent area for kids to hang out, this spacious bedroom also has a sofa, side chairs, TV, and an Xbox One S (guests must bring their own games). The bathroom is just down the hall and offers a jetted tub, dual sinks, bidet, and walk-in shower.

The home boasts two outdoor areas: a screened porch and sun deck. The screened porch, accessible from the dining area and deck, offers a table and dining space for six. A generous back deck runs the length of the home and features incredible lagoon views, four chaise lounges, and a gas grill. A Big Green Egg is also available for use for experienced grillers! Guests may also use the home's outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after the beach.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
